Me and my family had a decent stay at this residence! It was in a convenient location and close to everything we needed. The house is small but fit the 5 of us nicely. There were minor things missing within the home that could have made the stay better for example: places to hang your towels in the bathroom and shower, extra towels for the hotub, harder beds for the older adults, paper towels in the bathrooms, a new sponge/rag to wash dishes in the kitchen, the backyard could have used a fresh cut and possibly a spray around the house for bugs. My parents found a huge roach in the master bedroom. The ease of getting in and out the house was great. Loved having the back gate and key for us to get in and out and safely store our cars every night. The AC worked great at keeping us cool in the Texas heat. We felt safe at all times in a decent neighborhood and little to no noise even being right off the road. My parents were able to access the hot tub easily and enjoy it at night. The host was very nice and continued to check in with me throughout the entire stay very informative and answered promptly for all needs. If you need something quick, and fairly comfortable in the Irvine area this is a good spot.

Located very close to everything it seemed like you could get anywhere in 20 minutes! Hot tub at the end of the night was a great way to relax

I needed a place for me and my son’s kids to stay close to the hospital while he had major surgery and recovery. It was 7 minutes from Baylor so very convenient. The hot tub was what I needed during a stressful time to be able to relay morning or evening. The kids enjoyed the garage game room a lot. It all helped to make a tough time more enjoyable.

Great place and location

The house is as pictured and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet.

The house is small overall, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, but the bedrooms are roomy and it was very clean (better than most we've stayed at). The yard is fully fenced--our dog loved it--and the parking is secure. The property manager was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is fine, just not as close to Las Colinas as we would have liked.

The property was great for our large family to stay. Close to a grocery store which was nice. A nice quiet private area to relax and enjoy family time.

This house is good for families or a guys trip. It is spacious and the owner is responsive.

Fun house for two families to meet together with the kids for a weekend get a way. Watch Goonies in Grapevine in an old Theater House then spent the evening back at the house where both our kids and my Best friends kids hung out in the hot tub and played in the Game room while the adults played Monopoly. The next day we went to the Rangers game then came back that evening to do more of the same - Just hanging out and playing games. Very affordable - large bedrooms - safe back yard equipped with a back yard fully enclosed electric gate enough for 4 cars drive way and Completely fended in. Extra bonus amenities I’ve come to expect from other high priced VRBO’s weren’t here at this place but then again I didn’t expect all those things because I spent 1/2 as much as I normally do. Example - salt and pepper shakers are available but you might want to bring your own salt and pepper to put in them. Bring a couple extra pillows and towels and other than that you will feel comfortable. The AC kept up with the Summer Texas heat and could easily freeze you out of the house if you wanted it to. The living room TV is big and has a good picture and sound and easy to operate Roku remote. The game room is Big and in the detached double door garage - large - comfortably cooled with its own AC. This garage game room has 4 big games - Foosball - Air hockey - pin pong - and double hoop basket ball shoot out game.
