COZY 4-BEDROOM HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM DISNEY!

Everything was amazingggg!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals so easy. Our host was gracious, welcoming, and impressively responsive—any question we had was answered right away. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and would happily stay here again.

There were a few issues with extremely last minute communication prior to check in and check out but otherwise the host was very responsive to messages. Pool was not clean when we arrived and not cleaned at all during our stay (and no good way for us to clean it ourselves), just debris from the trees but still a little less than ideal. The house itself was clean and was nice for our little family trip.

This was a great place to stay. The host was communicating with me right away when I messaged her about some window blind damage we didn't do. Had a family reunion before my wedding and everyone fit comfortably. The only complaints were from the shower not getting hot enough. The bath did eventually get very hot though and that helped the showers get hot. Food delivery was far away but still had some Uber eats available. Overall very nice house and great stay and great host.

My family had to evacuate Tampa due to Hurricane Milton and Miriam was kind enough to assist us in booking this rental on very short notice. The home was beautiful and clean, and was an excellent safe haven for us from the hurricane. Miriam was very responsive to our questions and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable during the storm.

No one sent us checkin information until I asked for it and there was no welcome book at the house (which normally provides WiFi, has checkout instructions, etc.). The outside garbage can was not empty when we arrived so we had to leave bags in the garage. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing measuring cups/spoons, but it otherwise had everything I needed to cook. The pool was not clean and, contrary to the listing, there was no working heater. While the manager sent someone on Wednesday to clean it, it was obvious by Friday morning that the filter was not pumping properly and there was no filtration in the pool. When I notified the owner and manager that the pool was not pumping properly, they doubted my statements and didn’t send anyone until I insisted and insisted (and not for more than 24 hours). When the pool guy came, he confirmed the pool was not working. The lanai is also missing screening so we had a lot of mosquitos (particularly since the pool was still).

House was amazingggg very well kept. Fully well stock with essentials we needed and forgot like soap toothpaste. laundry detergent ETC. hostess also had seasonings, and coffee. Are first day their internet was not working but someone did come out the next day to fix the problem it was perfect after that. The only down fall was that whoever rent this beautiful home prior to us never picked up their dog poop. COME ON PEOPLE let's keep it clean. also, there was no vacuum to pick up dog hair from the carpets. Other than that this place was greatttt wish it was warmer outside to enjoy the pool..But we did enjoy her putt-putt game she had outside. Any question or concerns we had she respond in a timely manner. I differently recommend Miriams home to anyone who's traveling to Florida on vacation. But when you do travel with pets, please be courteous and considerate pick your poop up.

My family and I stayed at this house and we spent an amazing time. The house is very confortable and has all the things you need. The host is awesome and very ease to communicate with.
