The Space:
After a fun-filled day on the beach or out on the slopes, unwind in this recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that can accommodate up to 7 guests. With an open and social layout, a spacious deck, and a backyard, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and socialize during your stay in Lake Tahoe!
Step inside the home to the tiled front hallway, where you will find coat racks and a bench perfect for storing your outdoor gear before settling in. In the front hallway, you will find a door that leads to the main living space of the home.
In the main living space, you will find an open and spacious kitchen/dining/living room where you will be greeted by a stylish space with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and windows all around flooding the space with natural light. The inviting living room is the perfect spot to relax and connect with your loved ones on the large sectional sofa. The sofa faces towards soaring windows overlooking the trees and deck area, so you can enjoy the surrounding nature from the comfort of the sofa. Or, snuggle in for a movie night on the 70” TV while you warm up by the electric fire, which provides a cozy ambiance to the space. The living room also features a desk workspace great for catching up with any remote work needs as the home features 270 Mbps Wi-Fi, so you can check in on emails with ease. Off of the living room is the kitchen and dining area, with the kitchen to the side of the living room and the dining area directly behind the sofa. In the kitchen, you will find ample cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the basic cookware to easily whip up some delicious meals at home. The kitchen boasts beautiful marble countertops and a spacious kitchen bar with three bar stools, making it a great spot to grab a snack or relax while keeping the chef company. Just steps away you will find the dining area which boasts a large table with seating for 8 underneath stylish lighting and next to a bright window overlooking the trees. From the living room, you can step through the sliding glass doors and out to the back patio, where you can take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views over the surrounding trees.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, head down the hallway, where you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is great for families traveling with little ones, with a twin over full size bed and a trundle twin bed. This cozy room includes a large window looking toward the trees, a small dresser, and a closet, so you can comfortably store your personal items. At the end of the hallway, you will find the additional 2 bedrooms across from each other, with each room featuring a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a closet. The bedroom on the left has the added comfort of an attached full bathroom, which boasts a beautiful double-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo. A second bathroom for shared use is also located in this hallway and features a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door.
Adjacent to the garage is the laundry room that features two sets of full-size washers and dryers, perfect for accommodating all the laundering needs of large groups.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the upper level of the home and all outdoor space, which include a deck as well as a backyard. Guests will also have access to 4 parking spaces in the driveway and garage.
The Neighborhood:
This bright and inviting home is in an unbeatable location for enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer. Located just over half a mile from Secline Beach, you can easily walk down to this pet-friendly beach and enjoy the volleyball courts and BBQ areas. Or head over to King’s Beach, a half-mile from the home, and spend the day on the big sandy beaches where you will find every variety of watercraft available to rent for some water fun! This funky little beach town area has plenty of entertainment and dining options for you to enjoy with a wide variety of restaurants to dine at, cute boutiques and a farmer's market for shopping, and free concerts that happen in the summer. If there is a golfer in your group, they will love the fact that the home is only a three-minute drive away from the Brockway Golf Club course. In the winter the golf course is open for XC skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and dog walking. You are also only 10 minutes from Northstar ski resort, with the added bonus that the location of the house will keep you away from the ski traffic through Kings Beach. If you are looking for XC trails you are less than a 7-min drive to the North Tahoe Regional Park, or if you are feeling extra adventurous you can access their trail system from Tiger Ave which is a mile from the house. This same trail system is great for hiking and biking in the summer. With its easy access to town, ski resorts, golfing, and the lake, this cabin is a great home base for the ultimate Tahoe getaway any time of the year.
Getting Around:
The home is within a 6-minute walk to the nearest public transportation stop HWY 28 a Bear St which runs every hour. Or make the short drive or walk down to King's Beach, where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 and 28 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City.

Please note that, only the upper level of the home is available for use.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. However, there are fans located in every room.
If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
