Cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom w/ pool & jacuzzi in North side of town, Lake Havasu

The house was great. Not to far from the lake. The back yard was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stay was great. We hadn’t read the whole listing so we were surprised about the “caretakers” living in the casita. They were very nice & helpful however

Second timer, great quiet home to relax, close to the launching point and good size drive way to leave the boat without going back and forth from the storage.

The house was clean and comfortable it has a beautiful pool and room to park my 27' boat. I would highly recommend this place

Didn’t realize that there was a property manager on site and total privacy would have been nice. Having said that the pool area was great and the outdoor cooking area was an awesome feature. Kids and wife all had a great time and it was very relaxing.

Upon arrival, was very impressed with the pool. Grandkids swam all evening and reef entry made it safe for the younger ones. Accommodations were great and very comfortable with plenty of room for our large party (initially was seven but grew to nine) and host was very gracious to accommodate even though max was eight. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped which made cooking convenient and saved us money from not having to eat out. Location was great with ample parking for my boat on the side of the house. Grocery store and launch ramp just a few minutes away. Host was very communicative with necessary instructions but having an on site caretaker made it even more convenient should there have been any issues (which there weren't). Will definitely be returning.

The bed I slept in was so comfortable, I slept great. There is no noise and good neighborhood. Owner and family are very kind and friendly. My son definitely got his money worth ?

We were not informed that an elderly couple resided on the property next to the pool in a casita until the day before our trip. Although the gentleman was nice, we did not care to share a romantic get away with company. No instructions on use of spa or bar b q. Needed to have the gentleman turn on the spa. We left a day early and came home. Not the romantic get away we hoped for.

This was a fabulous trip. The home was perfect for our 5 day visit. The pool and Jacuzzi were outstanding! The beds were comfortable and clean. The house was a perfect size with comfortable furniture. The hosts were extremely helpful. Kim was awesome with communication! The on-site hosts, Dave and Loretta, were incredibly kind. Dave was almost like our cabana boy! He made sure the Jacuzzi was up and running for us upon request. Even in the early morning hours so we could have coffee in the Jacuzzi and watch the sunrise. He even used his air compressor to fill up our inner tubes before we visited the lake. We appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and the full kitchen was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend this VRBO.
