Three bedroom 1.5 bath Townhome in the beautiful city of Grand Prairie. Fully functioning kitchen with cozy dinette and seating for four. Comfortable living room, WiFi, cable and smart tv. This remodeled home which is very centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth sleeps 6 with queen beds in each bedroom. Minutes from DFW Airport, Cowboy Stadium and Rangers Ballpark Stadium. Dining and shopping are literally walking distance from this home.
While property wasn't in horrific conditions, it still needed maintaining and attention.
The neighborhood this property sits in is not the best, but the accommodations were more than fine for 3 guys needing a place to crash for the weekend. Everything inside was clean, all 3 beds were soft and of decent size, and the host was just a call or text away in the event we needed anything. If you’re in town to visit AT&T Stadium, it’s just a short 15 minute drive up the road.
We were in town for the fair and cowboys games. It was super close to everything and the house was great
It had a bad smell the front door look like somebody tried to kick it in it wasn't very secure black mold in the shower lot of water damage throughout the house sairway felt like you were going to fall through the floor inside of the oven is dirty The Vamps for the microwave we're dirty unacceptable so I didn't stay there at all request my money back
The property was in the middle of a lot of amenities. It is 8 mins from Epic Water Park, 28 mins from Labyrinth (Reality Game Play for the whole family)-escape adventure, 20 minutes from Grand Prairie Premium Outlet Mall. The inside of the property was not so bad at all. The Owner, Mr. Ayo, responded very quickly when we needed him. The only issue that we had was that we spotted a couple of roaches in the kitchen which we believe came from next door. Being that this property is a townhouse and is connected to another unit. We say that because this property was very tidy. We notified Mr. Ayo and he had a pest control service come in. Mr. Ayo was even willing to give us our money back so that we could find somewhere else to stay, but we couldn't find anything on such sort notice that would accommodate us comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet as well.
My daughter and her family and I stayed for 5 nights in this home. The host was wonderful and responded immediately any time we messaged. It was sooooo much nicer than staying at a hotel and not much more expensive. I highly recommend this property.
A total of 5 of us stayed in this home for the weekend and it was perfect. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and they had pots and pans to cook with. The only downside was that the rooms didn’t have a tv or a mirror for us to get ready with when others were using the bathrooms.
This property slept 6 of us comfortably. The neighborhood was very questionable, and we were a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood. Ultimately, we didn't have any issues though. The owner responded to emails quickly and the check in process was seamless. This is a older duplex that probably needs several updates. The house was clean, but just old. We didn't use the kitchen at all, we just slept and showered there. They should definitely consider putting better towels in there, they were awful. They provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the house was comfortable. The location of the house was convenient to get to the stadium and Six Flags, probably a quick 15 minute drive. Overall, I think this house is suitable if you're just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep multiple people for a few days.
location was perfect but neighborhood was quiet not in immaculate shape. My stay was very pleasant
We were at Dallas Baptist University during the days and just need a place to sleep. It worked well. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we did not have any trouble.
The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The owners are easy to work with, quick to respond, helpful and very accommodating. There were not enough towels when we arrived and within a couple hours they had dropped off more than enough for the length of our stay and asked if there was anything else we needed. I would recommend more seating in the living room and a baking sheet for the kitchen but overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay for the week. We would rent again if we were in the area.
