The Space:
The kitchen has granite countertops, washer/dryer, gas stove, and a stocked kitchen. If you need anything particular please don't be afraid to give us advanced notice and if it is within reason we will be happy to accommodate to supply extra kitchen supplies.

Guest Access:
Back yard, patio chairs and table.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
Nice quiet neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. Follow 38th place to the north (toward the water tower) and there is a small children’s park with playground equipment. About 5 min away from the visitors center and AMC movie theater is just west on Rogers lane.

Getting Around:
If not driving, there is uber, lyft and several cab services.

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $125 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
Food delivery services such as shipt dot com are available for all your delivery needs.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Local Guest Policy:
Locals from Lawton, OK are subject to approval.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
