This was a perfect house for our family of 6. Being so close to the beach was amazing. Great communication from the host! We would definitely stay here again.

Quick 2-night stay before a cruise. Everything was clean and welcoming. Beach was really close, and we greatly appreciated the wagon, chairs, and cooler - made for a great beach day.

The home was exactly as advertised! The perfect weekend spot to relax, unwind & enjoy the beach. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was a great spot to hang out late in the afternoon. The only advice I could offer would be to have room darkening blinds/shades in the bedroom as the rooms are very bright in the morning. We will be back!

Well equipped, clean, quiet, and only a short walk to beach. Host provided excellent information. Neighborhood was fun. Mix of old Florida and new. Seemed very safe and easy to get around.Couple of FYIs, that are no reflection on the great rental. 1. While the rental is dog friendly, the beaches nearby are not. Closest dog beach is several miles away, south part of Coral downtown. But they are nice.2. Electric bikes and scooters are everywhere and seem to obey no rules. Run stops, on off sidewalks etc. just be aware.

Just a perfect location. Had everything we could need. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Very cute place, super close to the beach, had everything we needed. The EV charger didn’t work quite as expected, and we spotted a roach in the living room which kind of dampened the vibe a bit. The light and fan switch in one of the bedrooms also stopped working at one point, and smoke detectors started chirping on the last day.

Property was very clean and everything we expected! Great location if cruising out of Port Canaveral !

Seriously!!One of the 2 bedrooms we needed had a smoke detector alarm, going off every two minutes. Impossible to use that room.

This was our 25th vrbo house. This house has a great location, comfy beds, clean, no complaints about the house. They need to leave instructions on how to use apple tv. All other properties leave a book giving garbage day, landscaping day and give a heads up if they need access to the prop. The lawn guy was here and left the gate open. I didn’t pick up the dog poo fast enough for the owner, I get a note with pics of my dog poo saying it wasn’t acceptable and that if it wasn’t cleaned up by the end of the day he was going to ask us to vacate the property. Ok, but does it really matter when I clean it up. Next a lady walked through the fenced yard, I asked who she was & why she was in the yard, she said she was with the cleaning crew and she needed access to clean & take out the garbage. I asked if she could stay out of the yard during our stay & I would take the garbage out. Another note from the owner asking me to not restrict her access. A guy stops by and gets a box out of our attached garage. The next night there was a vehicle parked in the driveway of the other side of the duplex. It doesn’t appear that anyone is staying in the other duplex but someone is coming and going in that garage every day it’s just creepy. We didn’t feel comfortable at all in this house it’s just sad that they made us feel so unsafe & unwelcome by throwing the terms & conditions in our face and being so present in a VRBO rental. I guess they didn’t watch the commercial.

Needed a place for the night before boarding for a cruise. good food close and quick walk to the beach

We stayed here for one night, while waiting to board our cruise ship. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for the evening. It was very convenient and clean! It was perfect!

Property was clean and cozy. We only stayed for a night but we enjoyed our time.
