Just a perfect location. Had everything we could need. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Very cute place, super close to the beach, had everything we needed. The EV charger didn’t work quite as expected, and we spotted a roach in the living room which kind of dampened the vibe a bit. The light and fan switch in one of the bedrooms also stopped working at one point, and smoke detectors started chirping on the last day.

Property was very clean and everything we expected! Great location if cruising out of Port Canaveral !

Seriously!!One of the 2 bedrooms we needed had a smoke detector alarm, going off every two minutes. Impossible to use that room.

This was our 25th vrbo house. This house has a great location, comfy beds, clean, no complaints about the house. They need to leave instructions on how to use apple tv. All other properties leave a book giving garbage day, landscaping day and give a heads up if they need access to the prop. The lawn guy was here and left the gate open. I didn’t pick up the dog poo fast enough for the owner, I get a note with pics of my dog poo saying it wasn’t acceptable and that if it wasn’t cleaned up by the end of the day he was going to ask us to vacate the property. Ok, but does it really matter when I clean it up. Next a lady walked through the fenced yard, I asked who she was & why she was in the yard, she said she was with the cleaning crew and she needed access to clean & take out the garbage. I asked if she could stay out of the yard during our stay & I would take the garbage out. Another note from the owner asking me to not restrict her access. A guy stops by and gets a box out of our attached garage. The next night there was a vehicle parked in the driveway of the other side of the duplex. It doesn’t appear that anyone is staying in the other duplex but someone is coming and going in that garage every day it’s just creepy. We didn’t feel comfortable at all in this house it’s just sad that they made us feel so unsafe & unwelcome by throwing the terms & conditions in our face and being so present in a VRBO rental. I guess they didn’t watch the commercial.

We stayed here for one night, while waiting to board our cruise ship. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for the evening. It was very convenient and clean! It was perfect!

Perfect place for our family. I loved the small cottage just right for 6 people, nothing false about the description, and customer service was great—just steps to the beach which our kids loved. I would stay again!

Layout was quite cramped with no living room. Instead an open room with kitchen and an island. Not really conducive to relaxing. Upstairs were two bedrooms which were also on the small side. The location is a block from the beach. Only room for one car since it is a duplex with a shared driveway. I would not recommend this as a pleasant vacation rental.

Very cute place with everything you need, we had a family of four and our dog! The location was perfect and there is a wagon available to lug stuff to the beach which is very close. No dogs allowed, at any time, on the Cape Canaveral beaches, we were disappointed. Had to drive to the dog friendly beach. Other than that it was an amazing stay! Thank you!

Met our needs for our trip from NC to Florida to explore the Space Coast and watch a rocket launch.

Property is very close to the ocean and has everything that me and my family needed for a nice quiet stay.

The access to the beach was nice.
