Cozy 2BR/2BA Townhouse w/Garage, Pool, Spa, Tennis

Hi,This was a horrible experience. The communication was not good and there were multiple issues that were not even attempted to be resolved. •There is black mold in the bathroom around the skylight and on the floor. •The slider door in the bedroom does not operate. This is a fire hazard. •In the bathroom with the skylight, there was no anti-skid device in place for the shower. •There were only 3 bowls, 3 spoons and 3 forks. How does a party of 4 adults fix a dinner and eat in? •The screen door from the main living area was ripped from the anchors. •There were no dressers or places to put your suitcases in either of the bedrooms. •The grill was not functional, even though it was listed as an amenity and confirmed that it was there and could be used. No where were we notified that we would be responsible for obtaining a propane tank to make it work•There was an undisclosed camera in the unit. This is not acceptable. Were there other cameras also? •The tennis court is listed as an amenity, however people

There was no ltch on the screen door, the washer needed leveling and vibrated violently when spinning and a broken lamp in the living room that was propped up in the corner when we arrived. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Unit was easy to access, neighborhood was safe and quiet. This unit has just the basics--good place to stay if you are in town for business or will be spending most of the day elsewhere. The smell was what really ruined it for us--it smelled like mold or mildew, and it was really hard to adjust to.

The unit is sparsely furnished, and we needed to wear shoes inside because the floor was so dirty it was turning our socks and bare feet black. The tub drain was so clogged the water was halfway up my calf after 5 mins. Half the kitchen lights were out and we found a pot in the cupboard that appeared to have a pot roast and gravy in it that had been there for a while. There was no key for the pool or tennis court and no propane tank for the gas grill. I reached out to the host with all of the issues, and it took him a few days to get back to me; he said he would have the handyman and housekeeper come out that day to take care of things and call the association to get a key. He also said no propane tank is included and that there was a gas station close by that I could go spend $80 to buy one. That was the last I heard from him and no one ever showed up. So to sum up, the place was very dirty, we couldn't use the grill and no access to any of the amenities. I asked for a partial refund because of all of the issues and have been ghosted.

The property was good in all but then a huge problem went down like us not having any power whatsoever and when i tried contacting the host i could not get ahold of them at all so my family and were forced to leave for are second night it was a really bad experiences not to mention that they had really no bath rags no dish rags the dryer didn't work at all and the master bed was super small the overall experience was awful oh and by the way the host has still yet to get back to me and its been over 10hrs since i been trying to contact them
