The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 leather swivel chair and a new sofa sleeper. The 65 Roku TV can provide you with pre-game entertainment. The attached kitchen features a bar counter with 3 stools, and all new appliances. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the entry way.

Electronic access to the unit is provided via a keypad on the door. Your code will be sent 1 hour prior to check-in.

Walkable to Auburn's campus and the downtown area. This property is next door to the Boulevard and very close to the restaurant Acre.   

Large parking lot surrounding the complex. 2 parking passes will be provided for the unit. The city of Auburn has free parking nearby for any visitors.

Please note due to the proximity to Auburn's campus some of these units are student rentals. This is generally a quiet complex with an onsite resident manager, but we cannot control the actions of others. In addition there are active train tracks in most of Auburn including adjacent to this property.
