Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.



Other Things to Note – Dog‑Friendly Perks & Policies

We welcome dogs, but please follow these simple rules to keep everyone comfortable:

2‑dog limit (max 40 lbs each)

$50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

$15/day fee for longer stays

Cleanliness & Safety: Please pick up after your pups. For safety, do not leave them unattended or crated when away. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cats: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to housekeeping allergies. Thank you for understanding.



Hot Tub Use

Hot tub use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance of your stay.

Fee: $50 per day
