It comprises: a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV unit + TV), a kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4 electric hobs, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), a hallway, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing leads totwo bedrooms and a bathroom (shower and sink).

Bedroom 1: one double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90cm) + closet.

Private garden with table, chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue, and two sun loungers.

A storage room with washing machine and freezer.
One private parking space.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€90), can be booked through the agency.
