Cozy 2 Bedroom Home, Close to SHARC and Sunriver Village, Dog Friendly, Hot Tub!

Tried to check in 1 hour early and the host said it was already cleaned and ready to go but wanted to charge me 30 plus tax for an early entry. I denied. Once we arrived we immediately noticed dog hair everywhere on the furniture. Couches were uncomfortable. Also had the worst beds we’ve ever slept in. Felt like concrete. We were unable to watch either of the tvs. One wouldn’t turn on at all and the other you had to have a Roku log in that wasn’t working. The only star in giving this place is for the hot tub since that was the ONLY perk. We literally left a night early because we could not fathom sleeping on the beds another night. We will never be staying here again.

Great house, cozy vibes.

The kitchen/outdoor grill were some of the best I have had in several trips to Sunriver. The seating was comfortable, and we loved the fireplace. We also loved the outdoor space for lounging, grilling, and using the hot tub!

Conveniently located to village, very clean and comfy home with nice furniture. Hot tub was sparkling clean. Kitchen had lots of dishes and baking items. Of note, master bed mattress is very firm, smaller bed in other room was much softer. Bring your k cups, there is a keurig and a drip coffee pot!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Sunriver property! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the village, which made dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly cared for, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway.

Nice location, great beds, lots of space.

A nice home for two couples or a family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect for folks that want to enjoy the Village, as it is a very easy 3 minute walk. Definitely would book again.

The property was very nice and the kitchen came fully stocked which was super helpful. We loved the location, a very short walk to the Sun River Village.

This house was perfect for me and my boyfriend. The post is very accurate in describing what you’re going to get from this stay. The only thing I would note is the house next door is two story and their window faces down into the hot tub area so it’s not as private as it looks in the pictures. We did not have any issues with this though, as their blinds were closed both days we were there. Very clean. Wood fire stove. Roku TV. Very close to the village about 5 min walk. Would stay again!

This place is indeed Cozy, very clean and well stocked and it comes with Sharc passes. Great place to stay in cooler weather. Unfortunately, we came when it was mid 80s to 90. No air conditioning we wish that was stated in the property details. The bedrooms are upstairs it was warm. They have cooling towers and big box fans we had to use them but the noise was a lot to deal with from all the fans going. This property is located very close to the Village which was a plus for walking to our coffee. Also located near railroad tracks. Trains run one to two times a night. Not bad when windows are closed loud with windows opened. All in all we gave this place 3 stars mainly because of no air conditioning. Carla Yeo

My kids had a blast staying at this rental over my son’s birthday weekend. Convenient location, all the amenities, and enough room for us all.

Our family of six had an amazing stay here. This was our first family vacation in a couple of years and first time back to Sunriver in about four years, we loved the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for our dinners and the hot tub and grill were a great bonus. This home has everything you need to enjoy the area.
