Would rent again.

The space was very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed. Victoria was especially accommodating when I had to extend my stay longer than my initial reservation period.

Great communication with host. Clean and comfy house that is well stocked with kitchen essentials. This is our third time to stay and we will keep coming back!

The host was excellent--very helpful and quick to respond. We had trouble getting back into the condo one evening and she responded right away with an option that got us right in. We also left a jacket behind and she had someone leave the items in the mailbox for a family member to pick up. The property was clean. No pack-n-play in the room so we had to buy one for our baby. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated and a few light bulbs were burned out, but overall a comfortable stay!

We love having the garage to park in! The space and rooms were perfect for our family of 4 for the couple of days we were in Tyler!

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for medical reasons and everything was just as we needed. Great neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, restaurants and the hospital. Pet friendly. Victoria was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

The duplex served our needs well. We stayed and worked there during the day. While our kitchen is being remodeled.

This property is ideally located for anyone visiting UT Tyler or TJC—super convenient and easy to get around. The listing was accurate, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.The master bed features a memory foam mattress, which I personally prefer over traditional spring mattresses. It offered decent comfort, though it’s beginning to show signs of wear—particularly with uneven firmness across the surface.There are two main areas where the experience could be improved:Linens – The sheets on the master bed were heavily pilled, to the point that we opted to sleep directly on the top sheet. Replacing them with fresh, higher-quality linens would make a big difference.General Maintenance – The home could use some upkeep. We noticed several spots where the popcorn ceiling texture had fallen off, possibly due to previous moisture issues.Overall, it’s a decent option in a great location, and with a few updates, it could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house was clean, and super close to the hospital which made our stay super easy and convenient. Wish it would have been available to have extended our stay. Thank you again!!

First of all, we loved that the garage was included as a parking spot. The home was clean and comfortable. The A/C works well. Ample kitchen items for a short stay. We took morning walks around the block and felt safe. The decor is calming.

Great stay nice and very convenient! This was in a safe neighborhood close enough to everything. We stayed for 2 nights.

The location was great, close to all our branches we needed to visit, food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The pictures may have been as clear to the inside of the Vrbo, there were many spots that may have water damage on the ceilings, corners on the trim boards should be cleaned a bit better as well as the rug in the master bath. There are also sections of the floor in the second bedroom that need to be put back together as well as the closet door was broken.

The home was in a quiet residential neighborhood located near to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Our host had thoughtfully equipped the home with both necessary items and some extras. Having a garage was a nice bonus. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! needs,

My only criticism would be the seventy five dollar cleaning fee or the lack of shower soap...but again, a nice and clean unit

We were visiting my daughter at college, and this was such a perfect location to stay. The home was super cute, clean, comfortable and parking in the garage was an extra bonus! Thank you for the stay and we will be back!

This property is precious! We stayed while playing in a baseball tournament. The host was very kind and made the process seamless! The rental was extremely clean! ☺️ We will definitely visit again!
