Stayed Aug 27, 2025Great spot off Summit Ave and Grand, and within walking distance of great food and bike trail. Parking on site was a non issue. Note to anyone reading that garages in the city are usually detached at the backend of the property.House like many in the area is on the older side, and dated. Minor disrepair but not enough to take away from the stayOnly real issue was the HVAC which was controlled by whoever was staying in the upstairs unit. So got a bit stale and stuffy when they shut it off.Owners are super communicators. They were very prompt, helpful, and courteous.
