Stayed Jan 22, 2026The Cozi Beach House was an amazing fit for our travel plans.Sleeping accommodations in particular with the bunk bed room for 6 and in addition it’s 3 independent rooms is one of the best set up we have run into at VRBO.The house is also decorated so appropriately for its So-FL setting.Thank you!

Stayed May 14, 2025We had a wonderful stay in the Cozi Beach House for our annual family meet-up. The house was impeccably clean, and there were thoughtful touches in every room that really showed the host's attention to detail in regards to nearly anything a family might need during their stay. Our teens and young adult son were absolutely giddy with nostalgia for some of the old games they found in the bunk room. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the excellent location. Corrina went above and beyond with communication, ensuring our stay went as smoothly as possible. We were thankful to be able to find a home that is owned by a family with their own fond memories from their time there, and appreciate the effort they put into making sure others can get the same level of enjoyment from their property. We would absolutely be happy to stay in this home again if we visit Daytona Beach in the future.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025Corrina was fantastic and the house is perfect for a trip to Daytona. Very thoughtful hosts left bottles of water and coffee, and the house is very well stocked with supplies that you might need. The main bathroom is extremely nice and the whole house is very clean and new. We will be returning for our next Daytona trip.
