It was outstanding.

Bed toppers for queen's/better pillowsCollins of Floors were lacking, hair, dust, mold in window unitsPool could use lighting around New shower curtain-yellow (downstairs)Verify all in working order-shower head, toilet (downstairs)The area is beautiful, nice, safe, close to everything, the house is beautiful, cozy, plenty of bedsOverall, the stay was amazing and fun! Star gazing deck did not disappoint!The management company/messaging the VRBO sure was extremely responsive and any maintenance requests we had were addressed asap. Very nice people and I would recommend again!

Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 10 of 3 generation family and we all enjoyed the clean home so spacious. It was close to everything store, bar, ice cream shop and the river. We built wonderful memories. The only issue we had for our elders was to many stairs so having a bathroom in the living area was great. Overall it was a great time for everyone.

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with our stay, toilets did not work properly, some of the electricity outlets did not work, and if it did work it work spark. Very unsafe for kids. On the second story the railings were wobbly. Very disappointed, we ended up leaving early. This stay was not worth the price we payed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a descent size and accurate as to how many ppl it can sleep, however the beds are not comfortable at all.! Upstairs (3rd floor) is where the 2 separate bedrooms are between a full bathroom. Springs are felt through the mattress in the bedroom with just one queen, other bedroom has a broken bed frame so you lay crooked. No A/c in that bathroom either. The A/C in the first floor Bunkhouse where most of the beds are at was unbearably hot almost 87 degrees we had to complain nonstop before they finally brought a second tiny window ac to help cool it off, but not after our kids and other family members wound up leaving entirely because of it being too hot for them, also one of the twin beds in the bunkhouse is broken really bad too and they didn’t replace it. The cable didn’t work on any of tvs either , put a damper on things when we have snap kids that wanted to watch cartoons. There were outside lights that didn’t work and a repair guy came to fix them being it was in a very important spot like a staircase and you need light there! The pool was nice and the kids did enjoy that. The large decks were nice as well just wish everything else could’ve been up to par too! You pay good money for a family vacation and expect it to be at least descent and what it was described. Also, maybe for future renters y’all should really put in the description how many sets of stairs that are within the unit as well as explain the only way to the 2 bedrooms is by a spiral staircase from the 2nd floor living room! My sister in law had a really hard time enjoying herself and stayed on the second level most of the time because the stairs were very scary and difficult for her.

We enjoyed our stay in the home, it was very spacious. Although, a couple of outlets and lights were not working. Everything else was good.
