Cowes Central Beach House

The host was most accommodating to meet our needs. Great spacious family holiday house with lots of entertainment for young and old. Terrific location.

The family had the great quality bonding time with our stay in the property since it's been raining most of time (it even hailed) it's a good thing that there's a lot of activities we can do in the property. The favourite was the pool table. Would love to go back again and would recommend you for group of families.Steven, we were looking for an igniter, we couldn’t find one, so we just used one of the birthday candle to light a candle for the birthday cake from the stove. We used our own portable bbq and again used a birthday candle to light the charcoal we brought with us. We were looking for a hair dryer, I found one in the upstairs bathroom. The hair dryer could produce amber inside but the fan to blow isn’t working. I suggest you replace it because it may cause fire. When I was unpacking, I seem to lose our used towels in a pillowcase size sort of a net. I asked the gang, they didn’t have it. If you find it, just throw it away please.Thanks so much for having us in your property.

We enjoyed the house, as it is very well set up for family groups, with great entertainment facilities, lots of space with 2 family areas, and their kitchen is well catered for with lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

House was well located close to shops and tourist features. It had a good sized enclosed rear yard which housed a variety of play equipment which was good for young children. All house features in good working order ....plenty of hot water for a large group.Kitchen had plenty of utensils for meal preparation.

We had a lovely time at this house. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was straightforward. The house has two large living areas, many bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The pool table and basketball court were great for our kids. It's an easy stroll into town, either along the beach or road. We would recommend this house.it is an easy great for our kids.

Our family love this house. The new basketball area is fabulous, there is so much to do inside even when the weather is not the best. The kitchen has everything you could need. So we are coming back each year as there is lots to see and do on the Island. Thanks Steve.

This is a wonderful property. We had a large family holiday together and it was fabulous. The layout of the home allows for easy food preparation in the big kitchen and sharing together inside or outside.It is very comfortable with 5 bedrooms with different bedding configuration and two big living areas. It is very well appointed with appliances, fans, air conditioning as well as great outdoor play areas and indoor play for children. The beach is an easy walk away as is Cowes township. It’s a perfect spot.We did have a problem with the fridge, but contacted the owner and he was very helpful. There was a back up fridge available. We would certainly go back again.

This property is outstanding for a family holiday in Cowes. The proximity to the beach (approx 100m) and short walk to the Main Street makes this perfect for a holiday house. Coles is directly up the road which is also very convenient. The house itself has 2 x living rooms which is fantastic to seperate the kids and adults, with 5 x bedrooms offering plenty of space. The pool/table tennis table was a lot of fun also, with a massive backyard with swingset and basketball court also providing a few other activities for the kids. Steve the owner was great to communicate with and responded promptly which made the stay and booking process very easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice big house, plenty of room for every one. The thing that could be improved would be the cleaning, other than that a nice house to stay. Steve the host easy to contact.

We had a lovely getaway with our family group of 10 adults and 2 children for my 60th birthday celebrations. The house was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, 2 lounge areas furnished with large, comfy lounges. The house is situated in a great position, close to the beach and the main shopping area of Cowes. The host is a great communicator which made check in breeze. I would certainly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to re-connect with family and/or friends. We had a great time. Thank you Steve?

We are 13 people staying in the house for our 3 night 4days trip in phillip island. First impression of the house is Clean, tidy, play facility and got everything for our needs. The most impres is the space actually can fit even more people then 13 ?. Since we travell many times to phillip island, this house is the best for Big Family Stay. Thank you and we will back again for sure.
