Each bedroom is thoughtfully positioned to provide guests with their own private space. The home includes two bathrooms (one with a shower over bath), a large driveway with room for two cars plus boat or caravan storage, and outdoor areas ideal for relaxing in sun or shade.

Pet-friendly (outdoors only) and secured with external entry-point cameras, this delightful Phillip Island home is perfect year-round.

    This is a really nice property with plenty of room for a family. We would have liked to stay longer.Our only problem was that linen wasn’t included, and while in retrospect this was stated on the confirmatory email it was way down the bottom. It also wasn’t obvious on the booking listing. It was an unpleasant surprise to arrive late on a Friday and have no sheets or towels.

    Stay was just as advertised. Only hiccup was getting the keys, we were told in the instructions a code to a lock box would be sent on the day of the arrival. However when we got to the house we had still not received an email. We instead had to drive to the O’Brien office. Luckily we just made it within open business hours as I’m not sure how they would have been able to solve that.

    We arrived at the property to find it FILTHY, the owner had not communicated to get the house cleaned and I we couldn’t believe what we found. We refused to stay and got a different place.

    We had a great stay on highland ave. Fantastic location, close to the beach, lots of great books, puzzles etc for the kids to do. I found the main bedroom mattress to be pretty lumpy and uncomfortable, but otherwise the house was fantastic.

    Very good house for our family of 5, plenty of space and great layout. We would stay again. The only thing we found slightly problematic was the fan right above the bunk bed steps in the kids bedroom - wouldn’t be a problem for older kids but we didn’t use the top bunk because of this with my 6 year old. It was a hot night so we needed the fan on.

    Fantastic home in Phillip Island. Close to Cowes but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. Home is fantastic and well presented with a warm atmosphere. Thanks heaps

    A clean property, with plenty of bedding, space, eatery areas etc. The property manager was great to deal with and quick to respond also. It is a bit of a walk to the main area in Cowes however there is a great fish and chip shop closeby. We would definitely recommend others to stay here :)

    Our weekend away was perfect thanks to the rental at Cowes. Home details were accurate, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, area was quiet & location was close to beach, cafes & shops. Would highly recommend.

    This was a great location with large deck, very enjoyable. The owner is let down by the real estate agent who does not return calls and did not respond to an email regarding a faulty shower.
