Stayed Oct 14, 2025Overall, the communication with the staff was excellent. That part could not have been better. The check-in process was a little rough because evidently that people before us did a lot of damage. We did arrive a little early but we’re not allowed to access until after 4 PM that day, which is the check-in time so we can’t be too upset. The interior was mostly clean except for a few things, but overall pretty nice. The one bedroom did have some kind of Home gel left on the closet shelf, and a Band-Aid stuck on the wall, which was a little weird, but not horrible. We let them know their cleaners had failed a little, but overall the cleanliness was good. The home is in a great location to the Gulch and it’s about a half mile walk down hill. Lots of close restaurants down there and such. It’s a little more to Broadway and probably a mile and a half, but really a quick Uber ride. The biggest problem with the facility is the address. The address is not visible from the street and there is no stopping on the street at all. The access is off a 4 Lane Highway and you would have to have the Uber or car stop in the middle of one of the lanes and put the flashers on so you could get out. It is extremely poorly laid out. We found an address on the street behind us where the garage is and use that as our pick up and drop off location and it was much easier. The upstairs room with the 3 beds is very noisy due to the hot tub turning on and off all night. Aside from that the state was nice!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This place is everything! The pics were accurate it is clean, modern and lovely. The location is close to Broadway by a quick uber ride and in the gulch close to so many good restaurants. It has 4 bathrooms and bedrooms plenty of space and room for a good time. One note if you are traveling with an older crowd this location has a ton of steps for folks who don’t like stairs it’s huge.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Enjoyed this roomy 3 story condo. Well stocked kitchen, bag of goodies waiting for us. Comfortable beds, nice linens. Great location to walk to gulch with plenty of restaurants and stores to shop. Great communication! Looks a little worn, contemporary living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. Scheduling this property was tedious, extra cost with insurance required and for use of hot tub.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Property was clean and well appointed. It was hard to locate the townhouse garage (point of entrance) because of construction and there is no front entry. The Gulch is within walking distance and the restaurants are superb.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025It was just what we were looking for. Short Lyft anywhere and far enough it was quiet to sleep soundly. Loved the hot tub and spacious kitchen/ living room. Clean comfortable beds! Gorgeous bathrooms.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The unit was nice, and accommodated 6 adults very well. However, this property is not in the Gulch, it is in Edgehill, southwest of I-65. Expect to walk a bit further.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024My team of 4 professional women met in Nashville for our annual planning meeting. The location felt safe and the property was clean. There is some wear and tear on the property, because it looks like there has been some water damage, but the beds were extremely comfortable and we especially appreciated having enough space to spread out. We enjoyed wrapping up our evenings in the rooftop hot tub, and we loved the proximity to the Gulch and Broadway areas of town. There was some construction right next door that started promptly at 7:00am each morning, but it was mostly noticeable from the bedrooms, and wasn’t as bothersome in the meeting spaces. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville.
