Stayed Jan 16, 2026Host interactions were great! The shower was great! Everything was clean. The back yard is somewhat private. But it served its purpose. My only complaint is we didn't have any heat and it was in the 40s while we were there.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Close to the beach, and all of the surrounding attractions/shops/restaurants.The place was neat and clean, and the perfect little cottage for a weekend trip. I loved being able to back my car right up to the door to unload and re load. It was also super easy to communicate with the host and she got back with me fast every time. We would definitely stay there again! I don’t understand how this place could get any less than 5 stars. It’s not advertised to be some pent house ,it’s a cottage. That’s exactly what we expected and exactly what we got. It was perfect and we appreciate Kami for everything!

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Very glad we found this place to stay with our dog with a back yard, however everything in the house is very minimal. We did enjoy our stay though and it was good for us.

Stayed Oct 21, 2024Decent little house by the beach. If you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night close to bars/restaurants, shops, and the beach this place is just fine. Plus is you have your own drive way so don't need to worry about elevators and parking garage and all that hassle. Plus host was able to work with me on my dates with no problems. Check it out

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Advertised back yard was a mud pit. Nowhere to hang clothes. There is a gap In the fence on the back left so our dog got through to “The Yard” unit and no was there at the time. Very dark in side. We should have just stayed in a hotel .

Stayed Jun 8, 2024If you're looking for a place to sleep on your beach vacation, this is a good pet friendly place. There's a little backyard area for your dog to use the bathroom. The beach access point is a short 3 minute walk across the street. The cottage has parking for one car outside and is basically a studio apartment. The floor is stone/concrete and the rugs are kind of old so I recommend having house slippers. The location is close to everything you could want to do at Panama City Beach.

Stayed May 28, 2024Simple and just steps away from PC beach craziness...but no one even comes down the street. Only issue was broken chairs and high grass in the small back yard.
