Covered Deck & Bay Views: Bradenton Beach Abode!

Very nice accommodations, everything we needed for a family get together and meal. The deck was nice and the patio was enjoyable for an evening outside. It was missing a few refinements to be excellent. Dinner ware and silver ware did not match, just enough forks. TV instructions were vague.

Everything great. We had a problem with the access but it was Silver immediatelx

Love this place! The condo is in a prime location. You have a view of the intercostal and steps from a beautiful beach. There’s a Reilly stop 1 block from the condo. We will be back.

Amazing as always. This is our go to Condo year after year. We absolutely love it.

Located perfectly between the beach and bay

Quiet, clean, close to the beach and bay. Nice outdoor space. My sisters and I had a great time!

The house was in a great location to walk to the beach as there is a pedestrian walkway to cross Gulf Drive to get to the beach at the end of the block. The owners thoughtfully provide beach gear such as chairs, towels, and a wagon which was helpful. If you like to walk, you could get to some restaurants and shops very easily.The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were on the second level and there was a group above us for one night of our stay and they could be noisy. Once they left, it was peaceful. There is a very nice covered area on the ground level with chairs to hang out but we chose to stay on our covered porch which had views of the bay. The house could use some maintenance as the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work, the glass door in one of the bathrooms was falling off the tracks, and we did notice some cockroaches around.The property manager is excellent and responsive. I left some clothes in one of the closets and she sent the items via UPS immediately after I contacted her.Overall, a great beach get-away.

First time visiting Anna Maria Island. The location is great!! Local restaurants close by and the beach is like 3 min walking distance. The house was cleaned and in order. Things I would recommend are a few more utensils, like spoons and forks. The king bed mattress can use a replacement. All and all i definitely recommend the are and house!! Questions are answered quick and professionally!

Great accommodations and location! Incredibly comfortable and homey place a short walk away from the beach. I appreciated the towels, and kitchen amenities. Cute view of the bay from the balcony, as well. There were board games, too! Overall, a great experience there. Thank you!

Really liked the property and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, etc. Super quiet and great king bed!

Our stay was great. The unit had everything we needed. The beds in the second bedroom were a bit hard but apart from that, it was a wonderful stay

This is a nice property at a fair price. We enjoyed the location and have no complaints. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Overall great

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available to use. We had thought the listing said that all bath amenities were available, but there was no shampoo. Probably just a mis-read on our part, but be sure to bring your own. Otherwise a great location and space.

Great few nights at this location cant fault it and would happily recommend to others.

We have stayed here about 6 times and plan on returning every year. Everything about the condo and beach are absolutely amazing.

Very clean. Surprisingly close to the beach and the bay. You can see both from the home. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. There are people above you but it was no big deal. I would come again.

The condo was as advertised! The two bedrooms including the king size master were very comfortable and the roll away beds were great as well. We stayed as a family of 6 with 4 small children (one who was just 9 months old). The living area had plenty of room for us and our extended family who stayed for dinner one night. Beautiful deck and a short 2 block walk to the beach!! A nice amenity was the included beach towels and beach chairs! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Easy to access the hosts as well if needed.

Perfect location to the beach and far enough away from town that you don’t have a lot of noise but only a half mile away from restaurants and fun stuff to do. Perfect space for my 2, 5 and 7 year old. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We were excited to find this perfect location on Anna Maria island! We were especially thankful for the beach towels, wagons, beach chairs, and other extras provided so we had everything needed while away from home! We also appreciated the extra fold up beds and pack and play available. Thank you for making our short couple nights on the island comfortable!
