Stayed Jun 1, 2024My wife's family has been visiting courtside for most of her life. We started going when we started our family 23 years ago. The location is perfect - close to the beach, Coligny, amazing restaurants, bike trails, and so much more! The pool is fantastic. The condo was clean and fit my family perfectly. Would love to visit again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great! Second time staying at this location. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean property with everything needed. The unit in my opinion could use some newer furniture to make it more modern but that is being picky as that’s my only recommendation on how to improve. The pool is amazing and mornings feeding the turtles on the property is a family favorite. This location is amazing as a biking family we can get almost anywhere we want (including the beach) on bike! Beach was about a mile away. Great location!
