Enjoy the convenience of a private two-car garage, with secure storage for sporting equipment, All within a short walk to lifts and trails, Canyon Lodge and the Village gondola. Get some fresh air and enjoy the views from the private balcony just off the dining room


LIVING AREA

Spend time together in the living area that has amazing views of Mammoth Mountain, vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, pellet fireplace, a 55” Smart TV with a sound system and private WiFi. The couch features a Queen sleeper pull-out bed.


KITCHEN & DINING

Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Serve up tasty meals at the breakfast bar for 3, or gather in the formal dining area that sits 6. Enjoy some fresh air on the deck, located off the dining room.

The first floor master bedroom has a Queen bed and am adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second-floor loft area has a bunk bed (twin over queen) and a separate twin bed. The loft has an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a tub.

OUTDOOR AREAS

After a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures, head to the newly remodeled, year-round, community indoor Jacuzzi, along with a summer pool , Sauna and outdoor BBQ/patio area. Community coin operated laundry is also available in the recreation room.
