Stayed Feb 26, 2024We’ve stayed at Vern’s studio before; and it never disappoints. The studio and Vern the owner are exceptional. He rents his main home out as well as appropriate for 2+ people. Vern has bikes onsite, the pool and surroundings are wonderful, billiard table downstairs in rec room. He has nice boat, and now a pontoon, which he will often take guests out on for a bit. Just exceptional, can’t say enough. He’s on notice for our return next year!

Stayed Feb 14, 2024What a wonderful place and host! The property was beautiful, right on the canal with a great dock and incredible pool. Vern, the host was on point! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great week and everything was perfect, including balloons and chocolates since it was Valentine's Day!

Stayed Mar 28, 2022Beautiful place all the way around. Sun and water everywhere. Owner went out of his way everyday to insure we were happy and felt at home. Loved our Downtown outing.. 15 min drive to great food and fun. People were super friendly…Great Times!!!
