Country log house for 4 people in the Olympia region Seefeld

We (2 adults + dog) spent Christmas at Karin’s and it was absolutely idyllic. The property is well stocked with wood and a fully equipped kitchen. Karin was very attentive and incredibly kind. We would (and hopefully will) stay at Landblockhaus again soon.

The accomodations were simple but very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, the walks in the wood with our dog and the warmth of the fireplace. Everything was clean and in order and the check-in and check out were without issue. It is very convenient to Seefeld and to the langlauf trails. We would recommend the chalet for those who want to get away, put your phone away and relax.

Excellent stay and absolutely beautiful and very quit environment in the nature around! If something is missing it is an extraction in the kitchen for the smell during cooking - but all the rest - 5 stars!

nice house in a quiet & beautiful environment. well equipped kitchen and decent renovated. very nice atmosphere. too bad there were loud construction works close to the house and there was no solution to park the car near the house.

This was the perfect get-away! The location was exactly what I was looking for. The cabin is conveniently situated between two lovely towns, close to great restaurants and lots of hiking opportunities. You can enjoy the grandeur of the mountains from the front porch or take a short drive to countless opportunities for sightseeing or outdoor pursuits. The cabin was clean and comfortable and Karin ensured we had everything we needed for a happy trip!

The house and it's surroundings were just beyond anything we expected. How beautiful the pictures are, reality is even better. The house is short 5 minute drive from Seefeld on a excluded road. The clean air, the view of the mountajns, everything is breath taking. The house itself had everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable, as is the sofa. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bathroom has a nice shower. The host was super nice welcoming us, making sure we have everything we need. We had a wonderful week with the kids playing outside non stop, skiing, reading a book in the sun, chopping wood, going on nature walks, feeding squirrels and so on. It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend it to everyone!!

we spent a week at the house and it was great. the view is amazing, both out the window and around the house in general. the house it self was absolutely lovely, the interior design was great, and it felt really cosy, the fire place was really nice and brought that special feeling of comfort. the house is very spacious and comfortable with the furniture well kept and very pretty. the only complaint would probably be the lack of wifi in the house, other then that it was perfect

We had an amazing week in the cottage. Karin is so helpful and welcoming. The cottage had a really lovely 70’s design and is an amazing piece of retro architecture. Comfortable space with great cooking facilities and a lovely living room/dining room, complete with cosy log fire. It’s at the end of a track in the middle of trees with only a few neighbours - was blissful compared to London. Friendly squirrels! We had a car (which was pretty essential) and drove to the various ski resorts. Perfect for our two boys on their first week skiing and amazing for us to learn cross country skiing in a week.... Really friendly traditional Austrian restaurant at the bottom of the road if you don’t fancy cooking!! We are a danish/english family and frankly it couldn’t have been more “hygge”......... My only reservation is letting others know...will definitely be back to Seefeld and will look first for this lovely cottage.

Superior friendly host Karin welcomed us in the lodge, where the fire was already burning. (The fireplace is the main heating source, but everything except filling up with wood, is automatically controlled) The lodge is situated at the end of a gravel road, hidden away from the main road and without any closeby neighbours. Within walking distance you have a small ski lift, cross country tracks and the local guesthouse and restaurant. The large window overseeing the garden is like a big screen tv, Squirrels, birds and other wildlife are active on the terrasse and you can just sit in the living room and enjoy. We had snow, sun, rain and enjoyed the local mountain area. Seefeld is a nice skiing are, and to our surprise, not very crowded even though we spent the easter week there. Great stay and great area!
