Stayed Jun 15, 2024The house was clean and well stocked. The property was absolutely beautiful. You could watch beautiful sunrises in the morning. Deer roam freely , and there is an abundance of birds. Close proximity to Franklin Main Street and Johnson City. Early enjoyed our time there.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This makes our third visit to the Country House Cottage, and it has become our exclusive place to stay, for trips to Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. It is so peaceful, and the hosts are the kindest, most accommodating people you can imagine. The peace and quiet and Texas wildlife visiting daily are worth driving the few miles to reach this exclusive, wonderful place. We will definitely return!
