Stayed Jul 31, 2016The home did not have air conditioning. This was a surprise but as it turned out the inside temp at night was fine as long as the fans were used and the windows kept open. The neighborhood was very quiet so this was not a problem. To get a good cross flow we had to keep bedroom doors open as well. The internet stopped working on day 2 and the property manager never returned my call concerning this. They need more towels for guests and a perhaps a little guide about the home. For instance, the garage door switch is in one of the bedrooms. The layout is a little odd and the home is older but in decent condition. The furniture was a little sparse though.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed so much this attractive and spacious home in Palos Verdes where we used to live. It is close to the shops, good restaurants and movie theater at Peninsula Center - walking distance. The owner was very responsive with questions and little things that needed attention. We had plenty of room to host Christmas dinner. It was pretty chilly while we were there so didn't take advantage of the two sunrooms. I'm sure they are wonderful in warm weather.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Palos Verdes Peninsula is a paradise in Los Angeles area. This house is in an upscale safe neighborhood yet walking distance to shopping, dining, movies and many others. It is a short driving distance away from ocean cliffs and beaches. Everyone of our group of 5 had our private bed and separated room while staying in the house. It may easily host 10 people. The house is clean, quiet, and everything is well organized. Everyone in our group has enjoyed our fantastic experience.Thank you for hosting us. We'll be back.
