Country Club Condo - Central + Sleeps 5 & portable A/C's!

This was a great rental. A modern comfortable condo in a nice quiet location, spacious and a ton of amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee and creamers in the fridge, numerous bathroom toiletries, convenient washer and dryer, fireplace, even a large selection of books to read. Also included a deck with BBQ. Loved the local artwork displayed throughout the unit. First floor carpeting could use a little TLC, but otherwise very clean. No AC available, but we didn’t need it in March. We highly recommend.

Stairs were more than navigable and the kitchen worked wonders for our needs.

We needed a 3 separate bedrooms. The VRBO app said this was a 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom was actually a pull out bed from the sofa in the living room. So in reality it was 2 bedrooms with a pull out bed in the living room. We would never had rented had we known that. The info on VRBO was a little deceiving. We rent homes often and never had this problem before. It was very difficult for whoever was sleeping in the living room to get sleep and also no privacy.

Very peaceful and relaxing property. Excellent host. Will definitely stay again.

We love flagstaff and we have stayed in many places there . I’m listing the pros and cons of this place :Pros - easy check in - location great - kitchen nice with window - patio nice - close to hiking trails - bathrooms clean - Cons - popcorn ceilings with cobwebs in some areas - front door sweep was filthy - back door hard to open - toilet was shaky and I reported to owner - low toilets - showers old - beds not super supportive - needs updating badly - towels hard and not of the best smell We only stayed 2 nights and that was all I would stay here - suited our needs this time but not sure we will stay again unless update and get rid of ancient carpet .

This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. It was in a beautiful, quiet location but still convenient to stores and restaurants.

Great accommodations. Beautiful home and nice area. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Also it was very quiet area with plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

Check-in and check out was very easy! The unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was well stocked with all that we needed. The deck provided a place to enjoy the beautiful weather and view.

Was as expected. We would go back to the same property again.

Condo was great. Beautiful area and close to historic area. Communication w/ John was great - always available! Don’t miss Fat Olives for pizza - recommend lunch as not as crowded as dinner!

We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The communication from the property manager was excellent. The Wi-Fi speeds were fast and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is perfect with easy access to trails and scenic ponds. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a couple of weeks!

A lovely little place today! Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Will absolutely book again if we are back up that way.

We enjoyed our stay here - plenty of room to spread out in the space. Comfortable and clean. Patios are nice, as well as location - it was quiet! Pond that was a short walk away was peaceful. Location made it easy to go into town for dinner. We highly recommend the Lumberyard!

Unit just as pictured/described and has everything that you need. It was warm during part of our stay so it was very helpful to have the portable a/c units to help cool the place down upon our return in the evening. Location to the amenities was great and there is a nice trail near by. Property manager very responsive. Very nice notebook about the area which may be helpful for visitors not familiar with the area.

The condo was as described, perhaps even better. My stay here was comfortable, and there was an added bonus of a snowstorm. Check in was easy, the unit is clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. I hope to stay here again in the not so distant future.

My sisters and I went to Flagstaff for my nieces graduation from NAU. This condo was very clean and had everything that we needed! The beds were very comfortable. We would defiantly recommend staying here! Thank you!

My husband and I try to visit Flagstaff each year right after Thanksgiving. This year we brought 3 of our teenage grandkids.

We spent a nice few days with family there.

Condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of extra bedding if needed, plenty of bath towels etc. Kitchen was stocked well with the essentials. Fireplace was awesome for the cool evenings in October and nice deck off the dining room area to see the night sky and wildlife.

Ideally located in quiet, comfortable surroundings with all the necessary amenities.

18 night stay. Everything that we needed was provided. Very clean, comfortable and quiet condo. Convenient to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and restaurants. Nice to unwind on the patio after Mtn biking, playing tennis or strolling around nearby Walnut Canyon Lake. We hope to stay there again.

The place is nice. Quiet. Comfy. Not huge but really nice for 3-4 people. Does have AC and fans. Some old reviews said otherwise. Well equiped and well done by hosts.

Amazing location!! Easy and right off the exit - on the East side of town! Host was amazing with responding! AC units are top notch very clean strong water pressure in the bathrooms laundry machines are in great condition! mountain views clean kitchen and plenty of linens/towels!

In Flag for move-in weekend, and this property was perfect. Only 14 min from NAU which was close enough to go back and forth, but far enough to be away from all the chaos. Being from the valley, we loved sitting on the patio enjoying the rain. Great property and we will be back.

Quiet, pleasant and Enjoyable. Well stocked and provided for. The description included a disclaimer about just like most homes in Flagstaff, no A/C. Thankfully, they have installed portable A/C in Bedrooms and Living room. Summer sun beating down does a good job of heating things up and the addition of AC is much appreciated.
