This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly remodeled home is gorgeous and will sleep 8 comfortably. With its convenient location 2 minutes to the Cottonwood Ski Resorts Park-n-Ride and walk-able to grocery stores and other shopping, it is the perfect place to gather for you summer or winter vacation! Hiking, rafting, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and more are all minutes away.
Walk in to a comfortable main living room area with new furnishings, a 55" Smart TV and a large stone gas fireplace. This room opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need for delicious meals in between your fun outings. There is dishware, glassware, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, baking pans, serving bowls and so much more! Just off of the kitchen, the glass doors open up to a private patio with a BBQ for steaks, burgers and hot dogs grilled to perfection. There is also a large, clean, private hot tub to soak away your day and plenty of room in the private fenced yard for games and other family and group outdoor fun.
The main level of the home hosts two bedrooms, one with a King bed and TV and another with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom for each to share.
The lower level of the home has a spacious and comfortable gathering area with a new sectional sofa, a stone hearth, real wood burning fireplace, a 55" Smart TV, board games and a bar area. This level has a private bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Renting or bringing a car The home offers private parking in the 4-car driveway. No street parking is permitted in the winter time.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

The property was very nice. It felt spacious with 4 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs and it was very clean. The property was in a good location for all the hikes we wanted to go on and was only about 20 minutes away from the city. Ample dishes are supplied but no dish rack to dry was available. There was a dish washer but seemed like a waste for a only a few dirty dishes. A dust pan was provided but no broom. The hot tub was also nice but the man who serviced it came in through the back fence which was slightly startling. The quiet hours are supposed to be from 10p to 8a to be within the rules of the HOA but there were dogs barking all night in neighboring houses. We had a problem with the water due to construction in the other unit but we reached out to the property management and it was fixed within an hour. Overall, it was a great house and would stay again
House was clean and well stocked for everyone. The games and hot tub were awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed and we could walk to the grocery store. .

Property management was very responsive. Easy place to find. Great view in the back yard. Wasn’t till the end of the trip we figured out that E. Bengal was not a dead end.

this was a great spot for our family of 4 to enjoy a quick ski trip to Utah. Location can't be beat for both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons, and close to a grocery store (very convenient)! Kids especially enjoyed the game table in the basement!
The house is very well located, although it is missing a place to hang coats, put skis & boots, etc. upon returning from the slopes. The hot tub was wonderful and the few issues we had were addressed quickly by the management company.
We had a great stay at this home. The kitchen is well appointed and its open layout into the living room and eating area makes it easy to spend time with others while cooking. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was quite enjoyable, although it’s probably nearing the end of its serviceable life. Just prior to our stay we were told that it was working but was quite loud and that a replacement part was in the way. Our early check in was accommodated without charge as a result - thank you! The part ended up being installed before we arrived and there was no noticeable noise, however the filter didn’t seem to be working well and the temperature dipped noticeably within a few minutes of the cover being removed. There weren’t enough towels for us to shower and also use the hot tub, only for one or the other. The property is a duplex and we never heard any noise from the guests on the other side except when they were using their hot tub which is on the other side of the fence right next to the hot tub for this unit. It snowed during our stay and we weren’t able to find a snow shovel. We realized at about 3am that this was because a snow removal company is contracted; it was quite a surprise to wake from a dead sleep to realize that there was someone right outside the master bedroom sliding door shoveling. We would suggest adding a coat tree or coat rack inside the front door to hang jackets. There is no coat closet and we ended up using the back of the couch to pile coats when entering the house. The house is excellently positioned for easy access to both Cottonwood Canyons and the 6200 S I-215 exit. A large grocery store is about a block away. Restaurant options are an easy drive away. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a fun stay and would come back for future visits.
