Stayed Dec 19, 2025We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home. From the moment we walked in, it felt incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. The Christmas music playing, the fairy lights throughout the house, and the fireplace app on the TV immediately set a cozy, festive tone that made us feel right at home.The little touches truly made the difference—such a lovely coffee and tea bar, welcome bottles of sparkling water, and every appliance you could possibly need. It was clear the host put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025This was a lovely home in an excellent neighborhood. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and Cottontail was convenient to everything. Loved the coffee bar and the extra touches. Also, it was a very nice touch in that the host didn't expect us to strip beds or wash towels. Many thanks!! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025So perfect with everything.! wonderful back porch private back yard., big living area everything so comfortable, two eating areas, the newest appliances, large kitchen fully supplied, even a coffee set up in hallway. Comfortable lounge chairs in entrance and wonderful bedrooms. Nice garage for your car. You will be excited and thankful too. Convenient to everything for us.

Cottontail Manor is very close to the Club and, as it turns out, only a couple of houses away from our friends.The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and accomodating.
