Stayed Dec 19, 2025We stayed for a week at Cottontail Cottage during Christmas. We were very pleased with the rental. The host responded quickly to the booking request. The house was clean and well-organized. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining in. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and bedding. The fenced-in yard was a massive bonus for our two dogs. The ping-pong table was a lot of fun and a great way to wind down after exploring Asheville. The house is centrally located; everything you need is within 5-20 minutes away. This is our new go-to place when we stay in Asheville.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We had an amazing 6 night stay at the Cottontail Cottage! The home had all the amenities a family needs and extras like games, books for kids, a great selection of kitchen equipment. They even had supplies to make a fire on the fire pit and dog bowls for our pup. The home was extremely clean and well cared for. We had an outstanding stay!

Stayed Sep 21, 2023Plenty of room for five adults, one child and two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean. The fenced in area was great for our pets. Great location if you are looking at staying outside the downtown area.
