Cottage walking distance to Lake Geneva!

Perfect escape for our family to get away. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful place.

My first trip to Wisconsin was made perfect by staying at this lovely little cottage. The owners thought of everything to make the cottage feel at home and welcoming. Our family looks forward to making this a yearly trip. I highly recommend this cottage, the location was perfect, close to the lake, gas station and Walmart.

The cottage was really well-kept, and the location was excellent. Cleanliness, however, I did give it a four out of five just because the stove and fridge could’ve been a little cleaner, otherwise place was awesome! I loved how the host had a bottle of wine, complementary, as well as the coffee! I do consider coming back!

The cottage was cozy and comfortable with great amenities even for winter. Open space that would be good for large or small groups with plenty comfortable beds to sleep 4-6 people. If you needed to work from there the desk was also good-sized. The coffee and wine bar were nice touches. The fireplace was easy to use and kept the cottage cozy on these cold winter days we've had here in January. Easy drive to town. Host was also very responsive to questions and giving suggestions on things to do in the area.

Great cozy cottage in a quiet location, within walking distance to Lake Geneva. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great getaway spot, we very much enjoyed the fireplace for a weekend of rest and reset. It's late fall, it's screened in back porch in the summer would be our second best amenity.

Good location.

We had so much fun, the property was in great shape. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, enjoyed the fire pit and the space and the air conditioning. It was nice to bring our dogs, and the kayaks and bicycle were fun. You should stay here the location is superb.

Well described property with lots to enjoy including bikes and kayaks. Perfect location for visiting both Geneva and Fontana. Access to the Shore Path is a bonus.

Place was very nice and clean. Cute layout. Loved the screen in back porch. Nice neighborhood. Host was friendly.

Comfortable cottage with great kitchen and 2 porches. We used it as a home base while visiting Lake Geneva, Elkhorn and Madison. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Lake Geneva.

Perfect spot for our family getaway. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. Small touches (wine, toiletries) made us feel extra welcome. It is a drive into town, but it was nice to be away from the crowds, and it was only a short walk to the lake. We would stay here again!

This was my second stay at Linnwood cottage and we loved it just as much as the first time! The fireplace was such a nice touch and we really enjoy the simple comfort of the cottage! Bill was very responsive to our inquiries and we really appreciate his recommendations! We'll definitely stay here again when jn the area!

Great cottage, perfect location

The cottage was very nice. We enjoyed the stay well worth it.

Everything was great! Perfect size for my friend and I. Not too far from downtown. Zero problems while we were there and honestly no complaints. They got back to me fast if I had a question. We had a great time!

Inside of house was very clean and inviting. Around the outside of house and driveway could have been cleared of some sticker bushes.

Nice, clean and gracious hosts

We stayed here for the week while in Lake Geneva for dance comp. Such a cute little house! The complimentary coffee bar definitely got utilized with out early call times. Bed were comfy and clean, screen in porch area was nice to eat supper out in. Two days prior to our arrival, there was a big storm knocking out internet for some parts of the town. When I informed our host, he was amazing at keeping me up to date on everything, and when it would be restored. Once restored, all streaming worked like a charm. Checking in and out was easy!
