Cottage w/ water views from front yard, central ac & fireplace

We had a very enjoyable time in Martha's Vineyard. The property fit our needs nicely. It was close to downtown Vineyard Haven so we could walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions easily. The short drive to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs also made it easy to explore and enjoy these towns. Just a side note: an outside garbage can would be helpful, especially for pet waste.

Great location, walk to Vineyard Haven and small quiet beach. Not a big house but fully renovated with a good size kitchen. House is clean and the posted pictures are very accurate.

The house is well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and all the amenities you need for a great vacation. I want to highlight the outside shower, is a mystical experience. Definitely will come back!

Cottage is darling! We were there for 10 days over the 4th of July. Would love the owners to buy a bbq ! Also a higher quality bed in the main bedroom would really enhance the stay. The main tv remote “exploded” (battery acid filling the compartment ) and it took multiple calls- including with 2 supervisors - over two days to get a new remote. The person who finally brought it didn’t know how to work it- my husband googled the remote brand and HE got it to sync with the tv. The tv in the main bedroom did not work - they couldn’t fix it before we left- the person who finally came said “oh I just brought a new remote for the bedroom last week”?? This is the second time we’ve rented a vrbo managed by Vacasa- we had similar issues at that property with Vacasa- we will never rent a property they manage again. We were paying about $800/ night -all in- at this property and deserved a rapid competent response to this issue- it was frustrating and annoying ! Not how you should feel on vacation ! We urge the owners of this charming property to get a new property manager!

Very clean and nice location. Only minor issues were a very strong smell of dog, especially in the bathroom. There were a lot of fruit flies in the house too. The shower is very small and leaks. All these issues were very minor...we still very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and the property is clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. Very convenient location for us as we explored Martha’s Vineyard. We were also blessed with beautiful weather and great ocean views which was a nice bonus.

This property is perfect for a couple. Truly home away from home. Location is also great, just 5-10 min walk to restaurants & shops. We had a great time there.
