We spent three relaxing days at this property and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is incredibly convenient, easy to access yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood that made mornings on the deck feel like a serene escape. Inside, the space is generously sized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with elegant touches that made us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals from breakfast to dinner, which made dining in a joy. Ruby, our host, was outstanding. The detailed provided instructions made check-in seamless, and he responded quickly to any questions we had, adding a personal touch that really stood out. The highlight? Sipping coffee (or a cold beer) on the outdoor deck while soaking in the tranquility. Truly a hidden gem, we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautifully decorated VRBO with a fun games room in the basement, which we took advantage of, due to our planned outdoor activities being canceled because of the frigid temperatures. Host was very welcoming and gave clear arrival and departure instructions. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Very spacious, confortable, cozy, and tidy. The house was very well stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Location was perfect for getting to Algonquin and Arrowhead parks, and Huntsville for groceries and restaurants.

Lovely place to stay with our family. Lots of space in and outside the house. Everything is brandnew. Many games to play in the basement or with your friends or family around the table. In the Algonquin park there is enough to discover. Make a daytrip with a canoe or a nice hike!

We wanted to enjoy kayaking at Algonquin park and decided to stay at the cottage for 4 nights. It's less than 20 mins from Huntsville and also about 20 mins from the West Gate, so the location is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy the nature, but still wants access to convenience. It also felt much easier to get to the Park than from Dorset where we stayed a few years ago.The place is new, beautiful, and clean, and has a fire pit you can roast marshmallows while watching the milkyway. My husband enjoyed the woods view from the living and kitchen where he just sat and enjoyed the serene view sipping tea.The day it rained, our family took it easy and played boardgames at the cottage and there were plenty of options! Although we didn't use them, there were also a pool and pingpong table in the basement. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook breakfasts and dinners. I was so happy to see a coffee machine with plenty of pods at my disposal. Thank you Ruby for your prompt responses on everything. We'd love to come back again for our Algonquin getaway Oh and I must mention, the cottage is very close to Henrietta's Pine Bakery - a must visit while in the area.
