Stayed Jul 25, 2024Colonial Beach is an interesting little town that was a very pleasant visit. We have family near by but wanted our own place to stay. We have two very small dogs and it was perfect for them as well. We will be back again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024My 71 year old mother and I along with our 2 small dogs were thrilled worh the property. It had a huge fenced backyard that the dogs enjoyed exploring. The property provided every convenience you could need: from paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach towels, and s beach umbrella. The property is one level which was perfect for my mother who had 2 knee replacements. The property owners had a walk in shower, a shower seat, handrails in the shower, and other amenities that made the property senior friendly. The location was perfect distance from both the beach and bay side. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and very convenient. We will definitely look at renting this same property next year!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We stayed over 4th of July 2024. The house was supper clean when we arrived and the owners had everything very thoughtfully set up.it is apparent they have pride of ownership and had put a lot of effort into preparing the house for renting. There were a good number of board games to keep the teens busy and the fully fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Would 100% stay there again!!!!
