Cottage Near the Bay 2.5 blocks to beach & Harpoons. Available May - Sept.

I would stay here all summer if I could. Amazing place, close to all beaches. Great food. The house itself has everything you need. Walmart is 15 mins away.

The house was clean and comfortable, and had a very well equipped kitchen.We enjoyed using the outdoor grill. However, not having sheets, towels & washcloths provided (I found a rental company at an added expense) and extra rules about having to remake the beds, wash and put back all kitchen and beach towels and dishes, take out the trash, etc. before we left was an added stress at checkout time. Just less convenience than we're used to with VRBO.

A wonderful, clean, well equipped home with all the amenities to keep a family happy: wi-fi access, cable TV, a game room, beautiful outdoor deck, outdoor shower and more. There is plenty of room for six people to be comfortable.

We came here with our two kids and had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located. The host was really friendly and helped us with our questions and check-out. Highly recommend this place!

What an amazing time. House was bigger than I expected. Cape May was amazing, this house was 12mins away from so many different beaches and activities. Dolphin watching, the sunset at sunset beach, there was north cape may beach, the trolley in cape may, Walmart in rio grande. The host was also amazing, any question during my stayed she always responded in a timely fashion. Can’t wait to come back.

I chose this cottage again because of its location, cleanliness and conveniences. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need for cooking. My grandkids and I love staying here. The owner is always available and responds promptly. This property is a keeper on my repeat usage list.

Very nice place, the location was really nice. You can walk to the beach but it was kind of stinky down there. House had everything you needed. Had to wash comforter on bed because it was smelly. Enough room for all 6 of us. There is only 1 bathroom which made it a little inconvenient at times.

The location was perfect, the yard and back porch, delightful, and the house was clean. Thank you for the use of the beach umbrella and chairs…and pail and shovels. Having the grill was a real plus! Use of the laundry room including the soap pods was very much appreciated. Our only concern was that the king bed was very uncomfortable and we were not able to get good sleep. I never received a response to my text regarding the fact that for four people there were only three bath towels, two hand towels, and one facecloth! We managed. Charlie used one of the five beach towels. (Yes, there were 5 not 6 in the bin.) You provided everything we needed for kitchen use includingpaper plates, paper towels and napkins. Thank you! Unfortunately, the oven was not clean, but we did use it once to bake one sheet of cookies. We would definitely stay again if the king bed was improved.”

My husband, two small children and I had a fabulous stay here. The property had everything we needed for a fun beach vacation. The short walk to the bay was ideal for our two young children and the bay was great for them (much calmer than the ocean). We would love to stay here again!

Quick trip down the shore for Labor Day. Perfect location! Short walk to the beach and Harpoons for food, music, and beautiful sunset views.

Property was clean and very close to the bay beach. We neglected to bring our own sheets but made due for the night. So convenient to the bay beach for a walk in the morning, or to watch the sunset. The passes Denise provided for the Cape May beach were much appreciated too!

Denise's place was fantastic, exactly as described. Place was extremely clean and very well maintained, all of the kitchen essentials were provided, couches and beds were comfortable, outdoor area was spacious and well maintained. Denise even provided a goodie bag with trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent pods and some snacks. Perfect location close to bay beach (2 blocks, easily walkable) and Denise even provide 6 beach tags to the Cape May beach only a short drive away. The basement was a huge bonus, large room with sectional couch, tv, card table, and beds for extra sleeping space! Denise's place exceeded my expectations and I plan on booking again in the future if available!
