Great Location - walkable to restaurants, Gasparilla Inn, beach, and so much more. This house was spacious and comfortable. Wish we lived closer to be able to revisit regularly.
You can’t ask for a better location. Very historic home.
Adorable cottage, quite roomy for 2-4 people. Not fancy but well kept and updated kitchen and baths. Nice mango tree in backyard. Within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!
Wonderful clean house walking distance from everything you’re looking for in Boca Grande.
We had a great time on the island. Renting a golf cart is highly recommended.
Easy
Location was excellent and the house was as described. The exterior of the house could have been cleaner. Interior for the most part was cleaned ok. The biggest negative was the AC couldn't keep the house cool in the afternoon and it was only March with a high temperature in the 70s.
We had a great stay! The cottage was well equipped - great kitchen and shared spaces, perfect location and a wonderful spot to explore Boca Grande from. Instructions and on site help was prompt and clear! Thank you so much!
Cute bungalow with an open floor plan and very nice new kitchen. Great location. Close to the Inn and downtown.
The house was super clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen had everything you need to cook or make coffee. We did't need to bring anything extra. House has a cute open Florida style with lots of sitting areas. Bedding was clean and comfortable lots of extra blankets and towels. Looking forward to staying again
This home was wonderfully cared for, very clean and in a great location. We had a fabulous time staying here!
We loved our trip to Boca Grande and had everything we needed at this beach house- In just the right location close enough to walk to everything! The owner was easy to communicate with and gracious with us! The kitchen was well-stocked and the house had everything we needed— nothing too fancy and because it was an older home, some quirks here or there like the A/C couldn’t be turned lower than 74 so it got very hot in there during the day, but really just perfect for our family and letting our kids discover Boca Grande, a little slice of paradise we’ve come to love!
Great location. Nice kitchen. Furniture and linens need updated. Bath and door mats need replaced.
Great location!
