Please Note: Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    1st night we realized the A/C was not working downstairs. Condensation pipes stopped up and water coming through the downstairs master bedroom ceiling. Finally got a tech out at about 10:30 pm. Said all he could do was let the unit thaw, wet vac the water in the A/C closet and put towels down around the unit and on the floor. The soaking wet towels stayed there for our entire stay and there was black mold growing on the walls in the furnace closet. . I called the management company (360 Blue) every day asking when someone would be back to service the unit and remove the wet towels. They always responded -we have someone coming out. No one came and there was NO communication from the management. Although the A/C was cooling somewhat after it thawed, both downstairs bedrooms didn’t cool and condensation built up on the glass because the unit never operated correctly. Many other issues with this rental-dishes put up in cabinet dirty, outside areas and chairs dirty, picnic table rotted. Roof had debris sagging off of it as though the place hadn’t been cleaned in years. I contacted VRBO after we returned home to let them know about the problems we had and their answer was basically “we can’t make them do anything to reimburse you, we can just remind them that you are going to submit a review.”

    Property was centrally located to all Watercolor activities. House was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed staying here with friends.

    Location was fantastic! Very relaxing vacation. House needs updates and repairs need to be made to ceiling, cabinets, and back porch.

    We traveled to Watercolor with our three small kids, and stayed in this perfect home with our in-laws from the Midwest. The kitchen and living spaces were exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of linens. The porches (front and back) were spacious, conducive to play and conversation. We've stayed in Watercolor four different times. This home is our favorite, for the reasons listed above, and for its proximity to the walking trail and downtown Seaside. We will be back!!

    We enjoyed the property so much!!! A golf cart would be my only suggestion to go along with the rental. They evidently sell out fast, we learned after arriving. The kids loved going to Camp Watercolor.

    Had a great time at 143 Dandelion in Watercolor. Perfect set up for our multi-generational family trip to ring in the New Year. Each family unit had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for bathing the grandkids. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for all meals. Easy walk into Watercolor shops and Seaside. Fun to ride provided bikes when we felt like exploring further out. Short car or bike ride to Publix which was convenient as well! Loved our time together and look forward to returning.

    The house was lovely and very comfortable. We loved all the Decor. The living room was so nice to sit around and we LOVED the back porch. Me and my daughters got to use 3 of the bikes but my husband was not able to join us as one of the bikes was flat. The house comes well equipped but missing a good set of pots and of baking pans - the ones there were pretty scuffed. Salt and Pepper shakers would have been a nice thing to have in the house. Plus a couple of beach chairs would also be a nice addition. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

    This house was perfect for our family of 5 and had plenty of room for 4 additional friends to join us for a long weekend during our 2 week stay. The details of this home are fantastic from the furnishings and linens to the extremely well stocked kitchen. We used both the front porch and back screened porch daily- perfect for morning coffee or playing games. The location was excellent- we enjoyed being on a side street away from the main WC traffic which allowed our kids to ride bikes and scooters without worry. Across from the house is a path that takes you right into Seaside. We loved this quick and easy access as well as the numerous other trails surrounding the house. The camp pool is a short 5 min bike ride and an incredible amenity- it had everything we needed from towels to food service and even sunscreen and goggles. We had one minor issue and 360 had one of their kind maintenance techs to the house within minutes. The service we received was as good as it gets, from booking to checkout.
