Inside, the bright and sunny living room welcomes you with large windows and glass doors, offering a picturesque view of the ocean and the rolling hills of San Clemente. Sink into the comfortable sofas and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the TV.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen stools and countertop provide seating for seven, creating a central gathering spot for conversations and culinary adventures.

The backyard offers a private oasis, complete with a gas grill and a dining table for four. Additional seating amidst the beautiful landscape invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining.

Cottage features three cozy bedrooms to accommodate your group. The primary bedroom suite features a king bed and doors that open directly to the backyard, allowing you to wake up to the refreshing coastal breeze. One guest bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other guest bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed featuring a full-size and a twin-size mattress. A full shared guest bathroom ensures convenience and comfort for all.

For your convenience, the rental is equipped with heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, as well as Wi-Fi access. If you're traveling with little ones, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat are provided to accommodate their needs.

Located less than a mile from Riviera Beach and just under two miles from the iconic San Clemente Pier, Cottage offers easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. - Utility Allowance: Kindly be aware that a monthly allowance of $300 covers gas and electricity expenses.
- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings.
