Cottage at the Marina

The space was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We loved the cottage’s convenient location and its great view of the Indian River. The kayaking rental was a great amenity which our young daughter very much enjoyed. Would love to stay again!

This cottage is perfectly placed to take advantage of its location to town and the backdrop of the beautiful scenery! The hosts are incredibly attentive in their communication annd extremely timely. We definitely plan on coming back.!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The space was just the right size, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed. Clinton was a quiet town with breakfast spots within walking distance. Ann and Chris were fabulous hosts- friendly and helpful. And having kayaks available throughout our stay was icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and great location. All the touches made it very comfortable. We walked to breakfast every morning and down to the waterfront in the afternoon. We will definitely go kayaking next time we go. Highly recommend. Pam

Our 3 day stay was absolutely amazing. It was exactly what we needed and looking forward to. The pictures on advertisement were true to the listing. Communication withbthe host was easy and clear. The place was clean and readily available for use.

Clean, nice location, relaxing

We loved every thing about our mini vacation the cottage was beautifully decorated Absolutely Cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked if we needed to cook. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the sun rise. We took a leisurely walk around the charming neighborhood there are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Our hosts were friendly and very responsive. We hope to make it back there in the fall. Overall it was a great experience.

Clean, good location, short walk for some good lobster rolls. I recommend bringing your own Roku

We stayed here just a couple of nights for a quick getaway and were very happy we did! The cottage sits on a marina property overlooking the Indian River and marshland. There's an east-facing deck for nice sunrise views. The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, bright and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property is a stone's throw from Hammonassett Beach State Park and convenient to Gillette Castle, restaurants, wineries and breweries; all within a few minutes to about a 45 minute drive. If you enjoy kayaking, as we do, there is a kayak sales and rental store right on the property and we took advantage of the included 2-hour rental one of the days we stayed. The store staff is friendly and informative and the kayaks are in great shape and also very clean. We met Chris while we were there and found him to be friendly and personable and he reached out the first day to see how we settled in. Great communication from start to finish. We highly recommend the Cottage at the Marina and will stay here again next time we need a place in the area!

Beautiful and up to date cottage with everything you could ask for...we met Chris and Peanut and they were really nice and helpful...sorry we didn't meet Ann....maybe next time as we definitely plan to come back
