This is one of the rare cases where the description matches the reality. Very well equipped quiet apartment overlooking the Loire. Half an hour to walk to the city centre, otherwise there is a bus a couple of minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice and tidy home next to the river Loire. Everything you need is available and the house was clean and well kept. Orleans city is just a few minutes away by bicycle and really worth visiting. We are glad that we chose this accommodation and really recommend it. Thanks!

We had a nice week in Orleans, host was very nice and helpfull, beds with 1,40 cm are for german taste a bit small for two persons and the stair is very small and nothing for handicaped people. But for us everything was fine. Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay. Exceptional quiet location. Beautiful views of the Loire. Great accommodation with fully equipped kitchen. Relaxing walk into the Orleans historical city center. Our host, Olivier was very thoughtful and accommodating. We'll definitely be coming back!

My husband, 16 year old son, and 14 year old daughter stayed here for 2 nights. Communication with Olivier was very easy using What’s App prior to and during our stay. The apartment is spacious and had the basic necessities for a short stay (towels, napkins, coffee, laundry detergent). We walked to the Lidl for a few items and also ate in town. We wish we would’ve allowed more time to spend in Orleans. It’s very quiet at the apartment and sitting on the balcony in the evenings was nice.

The appartement and the environment were above our expectations. The host was very polite to us and even interested in our wishes to further more improve his villa. It stays certainly on our list for a next vacation in this region.

This is a lovely home. The views of the Loire River are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both Isabelle and Olivier were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a stay in Orleans!

The property is like new and impeccably maintained. There is a manicured garden where you can charcoal-grill fresh produces from Saturday's nearby farmers market. The owners live next door and are always extremely attentive to your needs. But the real treat is the view of the Loire river and the fact that the house is right on the Loire a Velo trail which lets you safely jog or ride a bike for miles and miles.

The house is set on the banks of the Loire with a private gravelled road which is used by residents, walkers and cyclists. The location is perfect asa base to enjoy the calm of the river and the city.It is very near to bus stops for easy access to all the sights and it takes about half an hour to walk to them if preferred. The house itself was spotlessly clean and bright although it is quite small. The 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet are on the ground floor and the living room which has a small balcony , shower room with a toilet and kitchen/diner are reached by a tight spiral staircase which would be a problem for anyone with restricted movement. The garden is shady and private and it was lovely to sit out there in the hot afternoons and evenings. The owners live next door and were most welcoming and helpful, even driving us back from the local shop to save us carrying heavy bags. If were are in the area again we would certainly hope to be able to rent the house.
