On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 double bed). On the mezzanine, there is a spacious double box spring, a singlebed, and a TV. The house offers all modern comforts: a large sunny terrace with garden furniture, a fully fenced garden, barbecue, veranda, air conditioning/heating, digital TV, and WiFi. There is a private parking space next to the house, a free extra parking spot in front, and a secure place to store bicycles.
