Check in/out was super easy. Cleanliness was great. Only disappointment was the lack of a BBQ as listed in the listing.

Not a fancy neighborhood but a quiet one. The rooms and the house is very clean. Our host is very accommodating and easy to reach. The kitchen is very friendly with lots of pots and plates to use.

We came for the Alabama Plant show at the Von Braun Center. Locating was absolutely prefect for us. The rooms were cozy and comfortable.

Property was perfect - just as advertised. Home was clean, beds comfortable, shower worked great. Neighborhood was quiet. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We came out to Huntsville to visit extended family catch up and create great memories. The location was great we were close to family close to downtown spring park and very close to the shopping stores. We were very excited to check in.When we arrived I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the home. We had clean sheets and clean towels but a lot of dust and the bathroom had hair all over the place my spouse and I spent about 30 mins cleaning the bathroom and dusting before settling in. In the bathroom nearest to the bathroom there was a gap in the blinds to where you can look through and see the next house and vice versa this was very unsettling due to the fact the neighbors next door are nothing but men so we had to accommodate to assure privacy was secured it was also uncomfortable to come outside and these men were constantly looking at me and my spouse and our family member which we are all female. I was very surprised to see no rules listed for the home I highly recommend this for your future guest that you host for. By the time a request was given to assure trash was taken out it was 10am and check out is at1030 my family and I were already gone by the time we received the request. Overall I’m very grateful for the location and being able to see family we have not seen for a long time but I have learned after our unsettling experience. It would be best to stay at a hotel next time.

Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and rooms neat. Centrally located between the city and the campus. Host responses were immediate to any inquiry. Really enjoyed the big covered front porch.

The initial pictures were accurate, older home, but fixed up. Communication for check in was provided quickly when asked for the day before. The neighborhood was run down. The bedroom windows face the neighbors backyard, which had a barking chihuahua. Host was kind to bring me an iron and a keurig like machine the 1st night. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the bedroom closet. Host responded quickly with someone to come spray. The fear was there because where there is one in plain daylight, there are hundreds more. Gentlemen said it was not the bad kind. But having my luggages on the floor was very uneasy. On our last day, another cockroach came out from behind the stove while I was cooking! That was it for me. I was glad to be leaving the next morning. Im sure there are folks who dont mind crawlers. And if close proximity to the event centers in downtown is a must, then you will be happy with this place. A.C. works great, but switch board is in one of the rooms, so you here a buzzing sound everytime the air goes on. That's what I'll share with all truthfulness.
