Stayed Feb 11, 2026Great communication with the host. Townhouse in great neighborhood on busy street with street parking. Place was clean and well supplied. We found the sofa very uncomfortable along with the hard wooden chairs, making no place to relax. The beds seemed firm but surprisingly comfortable. Great location while visiting our son.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025Overall a pretty nice stay. Had some issues getting in because the door would not unlock. The bathroom sink was broken and would not drain but besides that it was a solid location close to lots of things.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The house was nice. One of the bathrooms had a weird smell and the furniture was uncomfortable and dated. The house was clean and well maintained otherwise.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025We went to get groceries and when we got back the digital lock didn’t work. It turned out the batteries were dead. It took 3 calls to Vacasa and a full hour before a backup local manager finally got in touch. Then 30 more minutes to get in. My wife and kids had to sit in the car and wait since it was dark and cold. Neither the main manager nor the owner ever called back the next day to check on us. It was a shame to lose that evening of our vacation to this ordeal.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025There are a ton of stairs! It was tastefully decorated and lots of light. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but clean. The kitchen was alright, but lacked enough silverware to keep from washing each time. Otherwise it was a good place to have as homebase.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We enjoyed the home and it offered the basic necessities, mostly. Just know that it is 4 levels with no elevator. If you have bad knees, don't do it. There were a couple of basic items that were missing (ironing board and hairdryer) and a maintenance issue that will need to be addressed but overall, the location is great if you need to be close to Ballard and only a 15 minute drive to Pike's Place. Street parking only can be challenging as you are surrounded by homeowners and they don't use their garages so it's first come first serve.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The townhouse was an ideal place for traveling adults. The house was clean and spacious. The house was a bit warm as it appeared the AC may not have been working. There were fans in every room so that helped. Im not sure this would have worked during the summer months. The third floor beds was not fully private, because there was no door. To my surprise, we did not have an issue with noise or privacy. There was also a bus line right outside the door that was convenient and we used several times. There was also a restaurant and bakery within walking distance that we went as well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had five adults, stayed for a full week. House was a great. Fantastic location close to Ballard and many fine restaurants (try Olaf's, a hidden gem a short walk away, tiny bar with surprisingly good food). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space with 2 and 1/2 baths for 5 adults. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was large and spacious. There is only street parking available, but that really wasn't much of a problem for us. The WiFi worked flawlessly throughout the house and there was a nice TV to where you could login to your streaming accounts if you wished. Only minor quibble was that the couch in the living room was pretty uncomfortable, and there was really only seating in the living room for 3 without pulling over a dinette chair or bar stool. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Great location away from downtown. Enjoyed smaller business districts like Greenwood and Ballard. Excellent restaurants and close to local beach. Fun to go into city then return to peacefulness of quiet neighborhood.
