Arriving at the home, you’ll find a private driveway with room for up to 3 cars, and a garage which houses the golf cart, bikes and all the beach gear! Entering this single-level home, you’ll be amazed at all the wonderful open spaces for your family to gather and enjoy!

The kitchen-living-dining space flows beautifully, with a spacious living room, welcoming dining area, and a kitchen made for bringing people together!

The kitchen includes a large island for extra counter space and dining space with bar stools at the island. There’s also a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen counter, so the chef in the family will always have company! In addition to the full-size stainless refrigerator in the kitchen, there is an additional beverage fridge in the garage for your convenience!

Lounge on the plush and comfortable sofas in the living room, or relax in the shade on a rocking chair while taking in the breezes on the screened back porch! After a long day of fun in the sun, there’s nothing better than movie night in the spacious, plush living room which features a large flat screen TV! The dedicated dining space also makes for a great family-game-night location!

The master suite includes a king size bed and private bathroom. The full size bathroom features dual vanities and a walk-in shower!

The guest bedroom features a king size bedroom and plentiful natural light. The bunk room includes 2 bunks with 4 twin beds total, surf-style artwork, and a great little desk for the kids as well. The guest room and bunk room both have access to the adjacent full size hall bathroom with dual vanities and a tub-shower combo!

The beach is just a short golf cart ride or moderate walk away from your front steps. Just one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.
