MINIMUM AGE

Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.



REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.



GARBAGE

Guests are responsible for adhering to city-enforced garbage routines, including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay.



NOISE ORDINANCE

It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.



PRIVATE RESIDENCE

This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.



PARKING

Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car.



EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA:

Please note there are cameras monitoring the pool patio and front exterior on the property that will be on during your stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property. ANY TAMPERING WITH, ADJUSTING, COVERING, MOVING, OR TOUCHING OF DISCLOSED SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN A FULL LOSS OF THE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT OR A CHARGE OF $150



PET POLICY

Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.



Guest Access:

Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

If you are looking for a great location minute to all the local attractions this is it. We are conveniently located central to Miami and the palm beaches in the heart of Oakland Park. We are close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale international airport. This beautiful home is located in the Oakland Park subdivision of coral heights bordering Fort Lauderdale and only minutes to Wilton Manors. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole Hardrock casino is within a 30-minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of art, cinema's, museum of science, and discovery and Broward center for performing arts.     Super cute space. Master bed was very comfy! Pool and backyard accommodations were very nice. Only helpful things missing was a pizza cutter and wine bottle opener. Highly recommend though

    I think I speak for everyone when I say that we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The place was beautiful just as the pictures and very clean and organized. My only regret is that we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the rain.

    This home is everything it claims to be. Lovely decor. Everything functioned as expected. Even found a beach umbrella in the garage for our beach day. I especially like the cabana on the patio near the pool. Pool area was lush with plants and grill worked as promised. Will stay again if in the area!

    Very quiet residential area, ideal for a short family vacation. The house was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and kitchen fully equipped. Loved the pool area. Close to everything, grocery store, beach, shopping, highway. The owners responded quickly to my emails and were really helpful. I would not hesitate to rent again next year.
