Everything was great! Location was perfect for our small boat.

Reviewer Comments: very nice location. easy to get to beach and bay. only thing needed for this rental is an actual couch to sit on to relax. pool was set and locked on 105 degrees but I reached out to management company and was fixed in a couple of days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a prime location and paying a higher premium the condo should have been in much better cared for. The blinds wouldn’t close, most of the lights were burnt, and all the furniture was the cheap stuff from the 80s....and all the mirrors was a bit much. Talking with other guests who have stayed in this rental nothing have been updated/changed in 13+ years unless it was completely broken

Everything was either great or manageable (a sliding door handle was broken and they had some issues with the AC but it was cool for the most part), BUT the rugs in the bedrooms were filthy. We had to leave a pair of socks at the entrance to the bedrooms so that the bottom of our feet did not turn black.

We enjoyed our stay and really have no complaints. The location is the best on the island having the bay out your patio door and the gulf out the front door. The beds were comfortable and the showers had really good pressure. The unit is dated but was clean and the AC worked well. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The July 4th parade was a first for us in the 14 years we have been coming down and we enjoyed it from the balcony and we laughed from start to finish watching the squirt gun battles between the parade participants and spectators…it was so much fun!!! We would definitely rent this unit again without any worries what so ever!

Balcony doors are difficult to open, close and lock.
