This house was perfect for Christmas with our family. Very clean and well decorated. The backyard was fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Host was communicative. Check in and check out was very easy. The house was clean and very comfortable and I loved that it was pet friendly. Would stay again!

Great house, safe neighborhood.

For a pet friendly stay, this place was extremely clean. That’s always the worry when staying with pets if there will be signs of past pets but this place was excellent. One of my top stays. The neighborhood is great and quiet and the space is wonderful.

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood. The interior of the house seemed a bit cold and sterile, lacking that cozy feeling. This overall feeling was perpetuated by the lack of extra blankets throughout the house. There were two baskets in the living room, one was empty and the other was filled with an old broken game and old box. Those baskets could have really used some cozy soft throw blankets. I was also really grossed out by the feces stuck to the side of the toilet bowl scrubber holder in the master bedroom. Also, the sheets felt cheap and not very comfortable although the mattress and pillows were fine. Additionally the kitchen lacked some important utensils, it would have been nice to have a whisk and kitchen scissors. The measuring cups were also broken. Part of renting an air b and b is that a family cooks meals and it’s nice to have everything you need on hand in good shape. Lastly we felt the 10 a.m. check out time was too early. We asked to extend it to just an hour or two and were not given that opportunity which many other air b and b’s often allow but they don’t expect check out until 11 anyway. Correspondence with the host seemed like chatting with an ai bot which just added to the impersonal and not very comfortable experience we had.

Great neighborhood and sidewalks, lots of people out walking their dogs and running. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was nice to have a desk in a room with a door, so one of us could work from that room. The TVs were easy to use our streaming services with, the dining table was perfect for eating and doing a puzzle. I’d definitely stay here again.

The house had a great location and was as pictured in the listing. It was great as a pet-friendly home. The kitchen was nicely stocked. I just had two complaints: the king bed upstairs only had 2 flat pillows and was not very comfortable. It was very bare bones. The other rooms were nice and stocked. It was also warm upstairs, so we wanted to open the windows, but there were no screens or blinds. This isn't a deal breaker, and we made it work, but these would have been nice accommodations to have.The communication with the owner was spotty. We received an initial welcome upon booking. But we didn't receive check-in information until I reached out the day before. The owner did check in with us over the weekend and sent us the check-out information. However, we forgot an important item. I reached out within an hour. I was still in Flagstaff and waited all day to hear back. We never heard anything from her again. This was the most disappointing.

Great home for a large family. Room for all 8 of us. Close to downtown and short drive to Sedona. Peaceful and friendly neighborhood in the pines.

This place was great. It’s relatively centrally located to downtown Flagstaff. It’s a nice big well modeled home with a fire and room for a family. We were in a ski/snowboard trip for 7 and we had room for all of us to gather or spread out and fit all of our gear. Check in was seamless and communication was good. I would definitely book again!

This was the perfect place for our group to stay during our visit to Flagstaff. The property was gorgeous and very dog friendly with a large backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories and the fireplace made for a cozy evening in. We will 1000% try to secure this location for our next annual trip to Flagstaff

The property is very nice! Neighborhood is lovely. We had some nice walks there. Would love to have had a nice patio and fire pit outside. But, that's just me. All in all it was great! Cathy

Mona was an extremely responsive and gracious host. The home was perfect! Very spacious and definitely as advertised. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect. Close to amenities, but also nestled in a quiet community. Wonderful stay and we will definitely look to stay again!
