Cool Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub, Just 10 Minutes from the Strip!

Overall was a nice stay. They checked in on us via messages to make sure everything was good the first morning.

Our stay was wonderful. Host was responsive. The home is very clean, wifi worked well, pool/hot tub were a great place to gather and BBQ. A few things I would have liked to be aware of before our stay, the home is in a older area of Vegas, its on a main road where traffic is high, the only parking is in the front round about of the home, stove has a glitch on one of the pilots it works when it wants to, bring at least 1 or 2 good pans/pots, spices, cups, and a good cutting knife, there is only a TV in the master bedroom (TV’s also in the living room and kitchen). The ice maker on the fridge does work but not the dispenser.

Overall good. Location great. Property wasn’t super clean like stated in previous reviews but ok. I didn’t like the fact I had to be using the Vrbo app to text the manager to turn on the spa. If cooking take spices . Also if staying for many days there is no cleaning supplies to maintain floors clean. We stayed for two days party of 8.

Planned a trip with a few of my friends and this place was top of my list. Well-priced, spacious, and looked like a beautiful place for our vacation. The home did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, and the host was responsive according to the posted working hours. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It was certainly a highlight of our stay! Would highly recommend, and should if my travels need q place in Vegas, I will definitely look here first. Thank you, Terry!

If you wanna stay in Las Vegas but get some quiet time away from down town this is a great choice. Short drive to anywhere. A nice quiet neighborhood and welcoming.

The property was very accommodating and worked great for us. Terry was also very easy to work with and her communication was great. The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook. The only downside to the property was that there were no blackout curtains or curtains in general; just blinds. We were getting back as the sun was coming up so it was really hard to sleep with the whole room being bright.

Our family came to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere and this property made our trip complete! Great place to spend time with family and take a break between Vegas adventures. I would highly recommend this property!

We wanted a place to stay away from the chaos. Nice nieghborhoods around this area. I walked a different neighborhood about every day. We were on the Strip almost every night of our stay and it eas very easy to get in and out (15-20 minute drive).
