Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was my first experience in Seattle and they made my stay comfortable. The property was just as it described comfortable and welcoming. There were more than enough towels and amenities I was shocked at how well planned out everything was.My family and I are coming back for Christmas. Great stay!!!

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Tenants upstairs were load ( radio, walking noise) was our only issue. The place was clean and had everything we needed to stay very comfortable.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! The rental itself was very nice and the location was great. There is a little noise from the upstairs rental when they're walking around or in the garage next to the rental. I'm a heavy sleeper and didn't notice it, but my husband is a light sleeper and struggled to stay asleep in the morning. Not really a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you are also a light sleeper! We would definitely stay here again though and would recommend!

Stayed Jun 16, 2023My husband and I stayed here for two nights while touring Seattle and seeing a show at Lumen Stadium. We enjoyed our stay and this little home away from home had everything we needed. Well done space with a very comfortable bed and clean kitchen and bathroom. Great place for a little get away

Stayed May 11, 2023Nice basement apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful view from the back patio of a wooded area. Major grocery within a couple blocks, other shops and restaurants nearby. Pleasant hosts.
